A couple of weeks had passed since Sebastian went home and we spoke every so often but he was busy filming another movie and he was in a new relationship, I wanted to keep my distance to ensure I never stepped on anyones toes. Chris had liked one or two of my Instagram posts every now and again but we hadn't spoke since the after party.

I had been invited to fly out to Greece to model with a fashion brand for a week and I accepted the offer. I had been here for five days and all the shooting was done now I had time to myself to relax and work on my tan.

I lay on the lounger by my swim up pool reading my book when I get a phone call, I grabbed my phone and answered.

"Miss, i'm sorry to inform you that London Bridge is down, there's a driver outside waiting  for you."

My heart sank and I rushed into the bedroom to collect a few belonging I had taken out of my case, it was protocol that I don't unpack my suitcase instead I live out of it. I grabbed a dress and threw it over my bikini. I slipped on my sliders, grabbed my bag and suitcases and headed to the driver.

We flew down the motorway with flashing lights beaming from the blacked out Jeep, there was a convoy following close behind us. We got to the airport and went straight onto the tarmac where a plane was waiting. Security got my bags as I made my way onto the plane.

I called my dad as we taxi, he answered straight away and I could tell by the tone of his voice that he was heartbroken.

"She's passed away little one...". Tears stream down my face.

"I...i... i'm so sorry dad, i'm on my way. I'll be there as soon as possible. We're taxing, I have to go. I'll see you soon, I love you".

Security sat behind me on the private plane dressed in a black suit and tie, we took off and not a word was spoken between us the whole flight. I always carried a black dress, tights and black heels incase of any family emergencies. I got changed on the flight into my mourning clothes scraping my hair back and applying minimum make up. We landed at Aberdeen airport and rushed to Balmoral Castle where my family were. Camera's flashed as we approached, there was large crowds gathered mainly made up of news readers and paparazzi.

We speed into the ground of Balmoral and I leave everything in the car, I rush into the castle where my father was awaiting me. Tears stream down my face as I see the heartbreak in his eyes, I hug him and sob into his shoulder. I finally let go after our long embrace and see a single tear all from his eyes. I've NEVER seen my father cry in my 25 years on the planet.

"Where is she?" I ask.

"She's in her room, everyone has went into see her they've been here for a couple of hours. Let's go see Grannie."

I follow my father down the corridor towards her bedroom, all my family are sat outside the room as I approach one by one they hug me and make small talk.

My father leads me into the bedroom where my Grannie lay in her dressing gown on her four poster bed, the duvet is up to her chest and her arms lay across her tummy clasped together. She looks so peaceful, I sit by her side and hold her little frail hand in mine, I speak to her for a while before stroking her hair and giving her a kiss on the head. I leave the room and head towards my bedroom.

I haven't been the most present member within my family wanting to lead as normal of a life as I could, I would spend every summer at Balmoral with my grandparents and cousins. My room was still the same apart from the bedding, my family were to stay the night at Balmoral before making our way back to London.

I sit on the bed in disbelief that she'd passed but her reign lasted 70 years and she dedicated so much to our country.

I get a news alert on my phone, I take it out my pocket and read the headline.

Breaking - Queen Elizabeth || has passed away this afternoon at the age of 96 in Balmoral Castle surrounded by her family.

I sigh as I place my phone on the side table and lie down on the bed, tears streaming down my face my eyes begin to slowly shut.
