I woke up by Mello's quit voice telling me to wake up while shaking my shoulder.
Oh.
It's the day...
Mello's last day.
I got up rubbing my eyes.
"Morning. It's your last day..."
"Morning, they just told me I'm leaving in few minutes."
"Oh"
"Yeah..."
"Hey, give me your photo so I can keep it always with me."
I smiled pulling him by wrist to orphanage worker to give us each other's pictures.
She sadly smiled, knowing we want to remember each other.
"I will miss you so much Mello! We knew each other for so many years! I don't even remember how long, like 8 years?"
"Yeah, and now I'm leaving you, I'm sorry"
"Well don't be sorry, I'm proud of you for getting in that place for smart kids"
"Thank you... but you are really smart too! Why can't you come too? This isn't fair..."
"Well I'm not as smart as you are, you like, know Everything!"
The ten year olds were talking, being clingy, and just being kids...
Life hit them too early...
When they got the pictures, Mello had to leave.
Forever.
"Goodbye, no, See you again Mello..."
"See you again soon N/n I hope"
Getting into their last hug, y/n kissed His cheek quickly, and he begun to blush, smile and shyly looked at the ground, on which y/n giggled, Also smiling.
"See you soon Mello, don't forget about me please"
"I could never forget about you..."
Sadly breaking the hug, Mello started walking to the car, waving to y/n, with his small hands, and she did the same.
"BYE MELLO, SE YOU SOON!"
Y/n yelled when the car started moving from the orphanage
"BYE N/N SEE YOU SOON, REMEMBER ME PLEASE"
