After resting for a bit we continued to the city, it only took about 10 more minutes until we reached the city. From the tree line we saw the city it was nighttime so all the lights in the city were brighter than anything I had seen before, I stood there in awe admiring the lights.

"Let's go." Jordan said sprinting down the hill. I followed behind him and so did Chris and Olive. Before we knew it we were in the city on the streets. I saw building after building there were not that many people only a few, these two people looked kind of suspicious though, one of them looked to be about 1 year older than me, the other looked younger than me by about a year, the younger one looked at me weird, when she noticed me looking the girl looked away, a little too quick for my liking. Olive noticed my unease and walked over to me putting a protective arm around me, I called my fire, not enough to be noticeable just enough to warm me up warming Olive up to, I turned around looking at the two girls again and this time they were both looking, I looked the younger one straight in the eye, she did not break eye contact.

Apparently Jordan knew what was going on and he pulled us all over,

"We are almost there" he told the three of us.

"Where are we even going?" I asked him, at this point we were going to get even more and more lost.

"What you didn't think this would all work out?" Jordan smirked,

"I don't know" I blushed, "its just that we are walking more and more into the unknown." I retorted, "why can't Olive just show us the way?" I asked again "she seems to know more than you do at least." I sassed. Jordan frowned.

"What you don't trust me?" he asked, I shook my head no, "that's what I thought." he finished.

"And Callie I don't even know where we are going." Olive defended. I shrugged and that was the end of the conversation. "But seriously Jordan where are we going?" Olive asked him.

"I have more friends you know," Jordan retorted clearly offended, my eyes widened a little, did he mean more powered friends?  I thought to myself, then I felt someone staring at me, I turned around but no one was there. "Follow me." Jordan said. We did, we followed him into an old run down building and what I saw was people a good 20 or 25, "Callie sometimes when people find out what we are they get scared, and then they go against us, they call the police, they run away, they kick us out, sometimes they try to kill us them self," I looked at Jordan, "everyone who you see here has powers no matter how weird they may be," Jordan finished, I realized my mouth was hanging open and I quickly closed it, Chris chuckled.
