The Hunted [Book Two]

Chapter 8 (Lillie/Lyssa)

"I-it was her." Lyssa stuttered,

"You mean that girl." Lillie asked. Lyssa nodded. "Who is she?" Lillie asked again.

"She was in my vision." Lyssa said,

"What was your vision about?" Lillie asked. Lyssa shook her head no, "Lyssa tell me." Lillie demanded.

"She was at the center of-" Lyssa paused, Lillie moved her hands in a forward motion, trying to hurry it up a little, "S-she was standing by all the destruction-the bodies, the fire" Lyssa stuttered again, 

"Excuse me ladies," Someone said from behind Lyssa and Lillie. they both turned around to a woman about 3 years older than them both, "Would you guys have happened to see this girl?" the woman asked them holding up a picture of the same girl they both saw minutes earlier. 

"Are you with police?" Lillie asked. The woman looked down and shook her head no.

"Afraid not ladies, but my name is Tava, if you happen to see her please let me know." Tava said hurriedly, Lyssa and Lillie both looked at each other, "do you know something?" Tava asked again. Lillie closed her eyes and focused, "Hey where did you guys go?!" Tava asked hurriedly, Lillie opened her eyes and saw Tava trying to find them, Lillie decided to have some fun, she made Tava see hundreds of thousands of herself and Lyssa, but in reality there was nothing there. Lyssa and Lillie ran away around a corner out of view, then Lillie let go vanishing everything she had created in Tava's mind. "Those little-" Tava scolded, then we both heard her run of. 

"We have to tell that girl" Lillie said.

"No we can't" Lyssa exclaimed, "if you try to change the course of reality something bad will happen, we learned that lesson the first time," Lyssa exclaimed again, Lillie shook her head no, 

"We have to warn them though," Lillie said trying again, Lyssa sighed and gave up, 

"fine if you want to." Lyssa sighed. "Let's go." Lillie and Lyssa ran into the building looking for the girl.

"Split up" Lillie told Lyssa, Lyssa nodded and they were off. Looking for the girl that they didn't know.
