THIRTY-SIX: THE LETTER (EXTRA)

Dear Iza-san,

Happy happy birthday! 💕💕💕

I'm not really good at writing letters so I'll just make this one short, okay?

First and foremost, I always wanted to thank you for all the things you have done for me. 🙇🙇🙇

No, really. I mean it.

Even though you are always making fun of my cute height and acting like a total asshole, you're still my favorite person in the whole wide world aside from my older sister.

I remembered the very first time we crossed paths a year ago, it was raining that day. You and Kaku-san came to approach me after being splashed with rainwater thanks to your biker friends, making me completely drenched. I was mad at how arrogant you are and for calling me a midget. I was so cold and you were so close to me that I sneezed on your face. But I swear it was an accident! So, please believe me!

Though, I really think that you deserve it for being such a conceited jerk.

I knew by that moment it will not be the last time we'll be seeing each other. And to my surprise, I met you again when my aunt asked me to buy something at the convenience store. However, Kaku-san was not with you. As usual, you made fun of my height and we bicker shortly after. You even took the last taiyaki available on the display shelf and ate it right in front of my face to mock me. I was so annoyed that I kicked you in the leg and ran out of the store, sticking my tongue out at you. 🤪🤪🤪

But knowing how short-tempered you are, you got so pissed that you chased after me on the streets! Luckily, I was way faster than you, and wearing sneakers was a bonus. Otherwise, I'll surely be dead meat if you ever caught up with me since you're helluva stronger than me.

And then, I met you again the following day. This time at Harajuku.

And to the next.

And to the next.

And to the next.

I kept seeing your face for the entire week and I don't think it was a coincidence anymore. 😒😒😒

I even asked myself, "why on earth do I keep seeing this egoistic arrogant blonde dude almost every single day???"

That was then I decided that the next time I see you, I'll have to confront you and tell you to leave me the hell alone.

And coincidentally or not, we meet again! I was walking to my school that day when I saw you beating the crap out of someone along the streets in broad daylight. I tried to ignore you because the face you are making at that time was really really scary. Unfortunately, you saw me and we locked eyes, much to my horror. 😱😱😱
