"Done," Jerome said.

"Oh, thank the Manufacturer." Jarred sighed with relief.

No Manufacturer would save them now as their worst fears came to reality. The alarms began to blare loudly, causing the heisters to buzz with fright.

"Damnit!!" Nettes yelled.

"What the hell?! What's going on?" Jerome asked.

"Guys, the alarms are blaring down here.  The guards are scrambling like crazy. What the hell did you do?!" Devon interjected.

"The alarms went off, but the vault door's opened." Jarred confirmed.

"What?" Nettes, Jerome, and Devon asked.

"Look." Jarred said, gesturing to Nettes.

The two heisters looked up at the gigantic vault door slowly opening a crack.

"No, he's right. It's open." Nettes responded.

"Okay-okay. Remain calm. I've re-encrypted the elevator to buy you more time, but you'll have to be quick!" Jerome said.

"Okay, duly noted." Nettes noted.

"Grrr... c'mon, we don't have much time. Push after 3." Jarred said.

He and Nettes went up to the vault door, nodding at each other.

"1...

2...

3...

PUSH!" Jarred directed.

They pushed the cell door open softly, gradually grinning with eyes wide open. The gold shone bright, captivating the two heisters immensely. The loud alarms faded into the background as they stared, stared, and stared some more.

"Wow. It's... beautiful." Jarred admired.

"I could stare at it all day." Nettes added.

"No, you really can't. You lads have a few minutes 'til the guards and cops come. I guarantee it won't be a pretty sight." Devon noted.

"I second that," Jerome added.

"Right, let's get to it." Nettes said, beginning the packing process.

"So how's this gonna work?" Jarred asked.

"Turn around and let me put it in your trunk while you keep a lookout, just like last time. Then when you run out of room, we'll swap. Alright?" Nettes said.

"Wasn't this stuff heavy?" Jarred asked.

"Agh, nonsense. We'll have some new muscles from last time!" Nettes reminded.

"Nonsense? Muscles? Need I remind you, you have a rear chassis injury?!" Jarred exclaimed.

"It's recovered. Don't worry about it. Just go." Nettes said.

"That reminds me, you have your next check-up soon." Jerome reminded.

Jarred just sighed and laughed, turning around to let a grumbling Nettes begin packing.

"Alright, Jerome. How long are we looking at?" Nettes asked.

"3 minutes at best. Move." Jerome ordered.

Nettes began to panic a little, beginning to throw the gold into Jarred's trunk rather hastily.

"Ow! Those are heavy, remember?!" Jarred snapped.
