"Today, we mourn the loss of Stan Marsh," Father Maxi spoke as rain poured down.

A coffin sat in front of him, next to it was a big picture of Stan.

Sharon was crying. Randy was looking down with a sad gaze, tears in his eyes. Shelley sniffled, tears coming down. There could be "hics" heard coming from her.

Kyle was crying, sitting next to a sad Eric and Kenny.

Wendy could barely hear the words of Father Maxi.

Her head hung down as she sobbed, the flower Stan had gave her on her lap.

He was gone. He was really gone.

She wished he was still here. But no. He was dead.

The memory of him screaming in pain, tears coming from his eyes, burned in Wendy's mind.

"...Now, some words from the teachers," said Father Maxi as he let the teachers walk up.

"Stan, a student of ours, has left too soon, and we mourn..." Wendy barely paid attention to Principal Victoria, Mr. Garrison's, Mr. Mackey, Chef's, and Nurse Gollum's sad words.

Then, Gregory came up.

"Although I never really liked Stan for his rogue-ish behavior, I do not believe he deserved that kind of fate, and it is a truly heartbreaking moment for him to go so soon," he said.

Her mom put her hand on her shoulder as Pip, the annoying British kid came up next.

"Stan was a very brave and reliable student. To see him go is such a sad sight, and the fact that he was just a child makes it so much more heartbreaking," she heard Pip say. She ignored the rest of his words, her grief, sadness, and tears overwhelming her.

She was aware of Sally Turner sniffling and wiping away her tears, Kelly crying next to her.

Sally was usually paired up with Stan in music lessons. They seemed to get along fine. Of anything, it seemed like Sally might've had a crush on Stan. It made Wendy a little jealous sometimes.

She was also aware of Butters crying, a sniffling and teary Dougie next to him, Bebe looking down at her legs sadly, tears in her eyes, a sad Timmy and Jimmy Valmer next to her, Tweek with tears in his eyes and "hics" coming out of him, the usually deadpan Craig Tucker surprisingly looking sad as he sat next to him, Tolkien and Clyde not too far away from them, sharing sad gazes, and Red sadly hugging a teary, sniffling Annie.

It was clear that all the kids were holding just as much grief as Wendy was.

Wendy let out some "hics" and covered her eyes with her hands. She just wanted to go home, go to bed, and wake up with Stan still alive.

* * *

"Woule you like anything to eat?" her father asked.

People were picking up snacks offered at the tables.

"No thanks..." Wendy mumbled, not even looking at him, just down at the ground.

She could hear Kyle crying.

"I'm sorry, children. I miss Stan too. But death is something natural in l-" but before Chef could finish his sentence, Kyle sobbed,"NO! IT'S NOT OKAY! MY BEST FRIEND'S DEAD AND IT'S ALL MY FAULT! IF I HADN'T TOLD HIM TO GO NEAR THAT TREE, HE'D STILL BE WITH US!" These words made Wendy look at him.

"What?" she asked, stunned.

"I-I TOLD HIM THAT TREE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE IT WAS GONNA F-FALL ANYTIME SOON, SO I TOLD HIM IT WOULD BE SAFE, AND HE'S G-GONE!" Kyle sobbed, sniffling.

Everyone, including Chef and Wendy herself, stared at Kyle with wide eyes.

"YOU WHAT!?" A shout came.

Annie came running towards Kyle, tears in her eyes.

"I'm sorry, I-I thought it would be s-safe," Kyle sniffled.

Before Wendy could even react, Annie grabbed Kyle by the collar and pulled him towards her. "Stan's dead and it's all your fault!" she shouted at him angrily.

Wendy's mouth gaped in shock at what she was doing. Chef, Eric, and Kenny looked just as shocked as she was.

Was she...actually going to HURT him!?

"Annie, stop!" shouted Wendy as she ran towards Annie.

"Stay out of this, Wendy!" shouted Annie as she pushed Wendy away. Wendy hit the ground with a THUD and heard gasps.

The back of her head rang with pain.

She sat up once her the pain stopped and saw more kids starting to approach the quarrel.

"Leave him alone!" Bebe shouted.

"Shut up! You're only saying that because you have a crush on him and think he has a nice ass!" Annie shouted as she turned her attention to her. Bebe flinched. Kyle looked shocked. Annie then turned her attention back to him.

Wendy was shocked at how she was acting. Annie was usually very kind and innocent.

"Let me go!" Kyle shouted.

"You need to pay for what you've done!" Annie spat.

"Yeah, you asshole," said Nelly as she walked up to Annie and stood next to her.

"Yeah!" said Francis, Nelly's boyfriend, as he walked up and stood next to Annie on the other side.

Angry shouts came from the other students.

"He's a murderer!" Wendy heard Lola shout.

"You're horrible, Kyle!" Wendy heard Jenny Simons shout.

"He shall pay for the crimes he committed!" Wendy heard Kevin Stoley shout.

"Let. Go. Of. ME!" grunted Kyle. Then, with a push, Annie was sent to the ground.

Gasps from Nelly, Francis, and the kids around could be heard.

Annie looked taken back at first. Then, she gritted her teeth and rushed at Kyle. "YOU'RE DEAD, MURDERER!" she shouted.

"ENOUGH, children!" Chef shouted as he got in between the two, stopping Annie's attack.

"Stan's death wasn't Kyle's fault. He didn't mean for it to happen. There's no reason to blame him," Chef reasoned.

Annie bared her teeth. "Say all you want, but in the end, you'll learn that this is all Kyle's fault," she spat.

Annie ran away, and all the kids that sided with her followed her, along with Bebe, who cast Kyle an apologetic glance.

Wendy walked towards Chef. "Why was she like that? She's usually very nice," she asked.

Chef sighed. "She's just grieving. So are the other kids. I'm sure that they'll get over it and apologize to Kyle soon," he said.

"Gee, Kyle, why didn't you fight them, you pussy?" asked Eric.

"Shut up, fatass!" Kyle spat at him.

"AY! I'm not fat, I'm big-boned!" Shouted Eric.

"(You did actually seem kind of worried for Kyle,)" said Kenny.

"AY! Not true!" Eric responded.

Wendy sighed and walked away and back to the chairs. She picked the flower she had left on her seat.

She smelled in the nice aroma and brushed it against her cheek, sadness and grief taking over once again.
