A flash of Stan screaming, pinned under the tree and bleeding, scorched through Wendy's mind.
Wendy bolted up, screaming.
She found herself back in her room.
It had happened again.
She heard quick foot steps and saw her parents run in.
"Wendy, are you alright?" her mother asked.
"Yeah...just a nightmare..." Wendy replied.
She didn't want to tell them all about it. She'd been having nightmares from her trauma of Stan's death for days, and they wouldn't leave her alone. Sometimes, she wished she were dead instead of Stan.

Wendy sat down on the playground's roundabout, not even bothering to get it spinning around. She just sat on it.
She could see Clyde slowly swinging back-and-forth on the swingset, Tolkien not even bothering to push him. For the last few days, since Stan's death, the playground hadn't been so much fun anymore, especially for all the kids, including Wendy herself, Tolkien, and Clyde.
Wendy noticed Annie chatting with the kids who had sided with her, along with Bebe there. Wendy was saddened at how her best friend barely tried to stand up for Kyle and herself anymore and just let Annie take over.
Just then, Kyle walked by, looking down sadly. Annie and the kids with her gave him the stink eye, but Bebe just looked down at her feet.
It pained Wendy at how things were nowadays.
Stan was gone, Kyle was being outed by Annie and the kids who had sided with her, Bebe didn't agree but doesn't stand up for herself and Kyle anymore, and the playground was no longer a place to have fun...for Wendy, it was just a place to remind her of the worst Valentines' Day ever.
Wendy caught glance of the spot where...IT had happened. The tree had been moved away. But Wendy could still see it...
...Stan screaming in pain, pinned under that Goddamn tree, and bleeding burned through her mind.
Wendy yelped and covered her eyes, wanting it to go away.
"WENDY!! WENDY!!!" Stan's screams stabbed through.
Wendy was on the verge of tears.
"Wendy...?" a voice broke through her.
Wendy took her hands away and looked up to see Butters. Everything was back to normal.
"Are...you alright?" he asked.
Wendy stared at him, silent for a few moments.
"...I'm fine," she then answered.
"Wendy, I don't think so. You're really been jumpy lately, and you scream and cry during recess here a lot. If you want, you can play with-" but before Butters could finish his sentence, Wendy shouted,"I'm fine! Okay!?" She stood up and ran off.
* * *
Wendy looked down while sitting on a seat near a table at home.
She remembered in guilt how she had yelled at Butters.
She had wanted to apologize to him, but she felt like she couldn't bring herself to it.
"Wendy, me and your father are going out for groceries, we'll be back in forty-five minutes, can you handle yourself?" her mother's words grabbed her attention, and she looked at her parents.
"...Yeah," she said.
Once her parents had left, she hopped off of the seat and towards the sink. She stared dully at it and turned the water on and let it run down, the FFFFFSSSSSHHHH sound taking over, as more and more water formed in the sink.
Wendy blinked.
And just at that moment, she heard a voice, and the FFFFFSSSSSHHHH sound from the water went completely silent.
"You miss me, don't you?" the voice said.
It sounded...familiar.
Wendy turned around and jumped when she saw a shadowy figure that...seemed so familiar.
"Who are you!? What are you doing in my house!?" she exclaimed.
"You know who I am, WENDY," the shadowy figure said. The way he said her name gave her chills.
"How do you know my name?" she asked, backing against the sink.
"Don't pretend," said the shadowy figure.
They suddenly took a step forward.
The foot step sounded so distant.
"It's me," said the shadowy figure.
They then began walking towards Wendy, more distant-sounded foot steps heard.
The more closer they got, the more Wendy started to hear...Stan's dying screams.
Her breathing quickened.
"Leave me alone!" she shouted.
"You can never forget me..." the shadowy figure hissed.
They reached out a dark hand.
Stan's blood flashed in Wendy's mind.
"NO!!!!" she screamed.
She grabbed the shadowy figure and pushed it's head under the water.
It struggled, bubbles flowing out, before it all calmed down...
...And no breath was left.
Wendy panted.
Shaking, she reached out a hand, realizing what she's done.
"Oh...Oh no...oh God no!" she started to raise her voice.
"NO! NO!!!" she screamed.
"STAN! STAN!!" she screamed as she looked down at Stan lifeless body, his head having been pushed under the water by her, no more bubbles coming out.
"STAN! PLEASE! GET UP! I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T...I DIDN'T..." she cried, trailing off.
She blinked...
...And it was all gone.
She shakily reached out for the faucet and turned the water off, letting it all sink down into the drains.
She ran towards the table, shaky, crying, and sat on the seat, breathing quickly.
"It wasn't real...It wasn't real...It wasn't real..." she tried to reassure herself.
Wassup? My schedule for updating is usually on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays, but today I got to stay home so I decided to make a new Chapter! I'm sorry for my terrible writing and mashing these all together. I feel like they should've been seperate Chapters, but I still decided to make them all one big Chapter. I'll try to make sure next Chapter isn't that long. And I'm sorry that I cutout the original ending. I just felt like it didn't fit.
