-Senku x Gen fanifc-

Senku was feeling moody.

Because of the preparation of ship making, coming up with the theory about "why man". Endless blueprint and experiment. The scientist hasn't slept for two days straight, it was ilogical, but Senku was getting furious.

It's not like he can't sleep but he doesn't want to, every time he closes his eyes, the scientists overthinks about many things, he was getting impatient.

A knock coming from the door of the laboratory, but Senku already knew who is was from the light airy footsteps.

"Senku-chan?"

He was right, it was his boyfriend, Asagiri Gen who seems to be holding a tray of food, the scientist knew that it was for him, Gen was the one who's always delivering Senku's lunch.

"Thanks. You can just put it there." Senku pointed his finger at the table he always uses to eat then goes back and gives his full attention to the blueprint he was working on for a while, Gen put down the tray that he was holding on the table.

"Francois-chan cooked something quite brilliant for lunch today ~" the mentalist spoke, walking closer to Senku so that he can check the conditions of his boyfriend.

"Is that so?" Senku replies, lifting his head slightly to look over at the food neatly placed on a tray.

Gen noticed how Senku looked, the blond was pale, with huge eyebags and hair considerably more messy than usual. The scientist looks so tired like he was about to passed out in any moment.

"Senku-chan, you have a panda eyes. You didn't sleep again last night, didn't you? How about you call it a day?" The mentalist suggested while caressing Senku's hair.

"I'll do that after I finished this, oh and after I check up on the ships condition" Senku said, not batting an eye on Gen, completely focused on his task.

"You know the blueprints of the ship are not going anywhere, please Senku-chan you need to rest."

"I know that mentalist, but I needed to finish now or it's never going to get done."

"Please, it's not like last time with Tsukassa, where not at war, we can actually take time with this. Something might happen to you if you don't rest and take care of yourself sometimes. Just sleep for today Senku-chan." Gen spoke softly worried at the scientist, who's lack of sleep was beginning to aggravate his temper.

"After I finished this." Senku said, still not giving into the mentalist's pleads 

"No, I want you to eat and sleep right now Senku-chan. You don't have to carry all the burden, forget about saving the world right now. You need to prioritize yourself." Gen retorted, not giving in.

"Like I said, I'll do that after I finished this, what part of that don't you don't you understand?" Senku spoke with a serious voice, as if he was about to snap at any moment. 

"Then at least eat lunc-" Gen was about to hand Senku the tray of food but out of anger the scientist slapped the food out of his hand, making Gen fall back onto the floor being covered by whatever condiments were placed on the tray.

"Fuck."  Gen flinch back slightly at the sudden hostility.

."I said I'll do that later, what part of that don't you fucking understand?! I don't need your concerns right now Gen, it's not like you can help me with this. Can you?! Just piss off, and stay away from me, or is that too difficult for you to handle?" Senku lost his temper. Snapping at his boyfriend with a harsh sentence, his tone tearing through Gens heart like a dagger.
