Everything came together, it was storming real hard, the sky was pitch black and everyone was trying to go home. This was it, this was the day they finally put down lamia once and for all.
Amelia ran inside the house with Hope to get out of the dangerous weather. she took both of their jackets off laying them on the hanger.
" The weather is getting crazy out there." She said as she sat Hope down who started walking around the room picking up things." tell me about it." Davina said." but today is the day, are you ready for this." Marcel said and they nodded. Amelia grabbed the weapon to kill lamia.
" so what's the plan." Stefan asked." some of us distracted her while the other one kills her off guard." Amelia said." That is something we can do, but we gotta make it quick before she decides to go on a killing spree and ended up killing all of us before we can get a chance to kill her." Katherine said." It's a good thing I know a spell keep her where we want her to be." Amelia said." then let's get to it." Davina said and was about to walk away when Amelia stopped at her." I need you to stay here with Hope." She said." what why I can be a great use." She said.
" I know but I want you to be safe and I need someone to protect hope in case we all fail." She said and Davina looked at her knowing she made a great point." if we fail at this, I want you to run away with Hope far away as you can." She said and Davina slowly nods." Now come on guys." She said and they all except Davina walked out the door. Davina looked at Hope who was sitting on the couch looking at her.

They were all now in the middle of Town Square as everyone who wasn't fighting ran to their homes, soon a lightning struck and lamia appeared looking at them.
" where is the child." She asked." oh come on lamia you know as well that I'm not gonna let you anywhere near her." Amelia said and lamia chuckles." then I guess it's time for me to stop showing your mercy and actually take it." She said before shooting lightning at them they all speed away and started fighting her at once.
" you can't beat me, with the child not being in my way I can finally kill all of you." She said but screams when Elijah sliced her leg up and she fell down to the ground, before she could use her magic to heal her self, Katherine came in stabbing her in the stomach. she fell down to the ground, the others hold onto her as Amelia came up with the dagger.
" this is for everything you put me and my kids through." Amelia said and was about to stab her in the heart when lamia screamed very loud throwing everyone off. lamia appeared in front of Amelia who had drop the dagger." well it looks like you can't use that dagger on me this time." Lamia said before creating a stake in her hand and points it to Amelia who moved back." it was nice meeting you miss, Anderson." She said and raise the stake and aim it towards her heart, Amelia closed her eyes but she didn't feel anything coming so she opened them to see that Elijah had already stabbed lamia in the heart, He looked at her.
" I told you I will always be there to protect you Amelia." He said as lamia fell to the ground. She felt herself slowly dying and she smiled." thank you." She said to them." For what." Katherine said looking at the dying girl." for breaking my curse now I can finally be with my son." She said and looks at Amelia." don't ever stop fighting for your daughter, I see that she will be in great hands." She said and Amelia smiled alittle. Lamia took her last breath before closing her eyes, her body looked like it was desiccating before puffing into dust being carried away with the storm that was also disappearing. they all hugged each other in relief, the battle was finally over, the terror was over for good.
" let's go home." Stefan said and they went home. when they got there the first thing Amelia did was hug her girls and told them that the danger was over, they were safe now. they all went to share the news with everyone else in town and all had a little celebration. Elijah was with Charlotte as they were dancing, he stopped to look at Amelia who was watching everyone dance leaning by her car. he told Charlotte he would be back and walked up to her.
" we survive this." He said and she nods. he looked to see the bags in the car and hope in her seatbelt." where are you going." He asked." i'm leaving." She said and he looked at her." are you leaving... because of me." He asked slowly and she looked at him." did I really push you over the limit for you to leave." He said and she smiles alittle." Elijah, they were in the past now I need to leave to move on with my life. because ever since I've been back all this city has done is brought me pain and misery the only good thing that came out of it was my kids and you guys, I need to get away." She said." what about davina." He asked." are you really gonna take a Hope and leave her." He asked.
" I had already asked Davina if she wanted to come with me but I'm afraid she wants to be here I'll come back I just need to heal." She said before kissing him on the cheeks." goodbye Elijah." She said as she got in the car and looked at him one more time before driving away. Elijah watched her leave before tears slowly rolling up in his eyes, someone grabbed his hand and he looked down to see it was Charlotte who smiled at him before leaning on his shoulder as they watch Amelia drive off in the distance.
