everyone gathered in the living room, they introduced themselves to a few other people they didn't know.

" so how do we defeat this Azazel guy." Althea Harrison said." well, if my ancestor said all four of us is the key to stopping him, then we need to find something." Amelia told them." well then let's get searching." Bonnie said and they nodded. Everyone went to the small library, and started looking for ways to defeat Azazel something that related to the first witches in the first time.

Elijah was about to head somewhere when Hope stopped him.

" can I talk to you?" She ask and he nodded. She lead him in the backyard before sitting down in a chair. She pat her hand on the chair next to her, and he sat down in it." what is it that you wanted to tell me." He ask." the other day when you were talking to Bonnie, you mentioned having a nephew." She said and he chuckles." I see you picked up on that." He said and she nodded." who is he?" She ask." you know your mother is supposed to be telling you this not me." He said." please don't do that. Mom is very secretive. She barely tells me anything. I'm proud that I managed to get it out about my dad, but who is your nephew?" She ask looking at him." fine, he is your father's son." He said and her eyes widened." so you're saying I have a brother." She ask and he nods." why didn't mom tell me?" Hope ask." because it hurt her too much. You see when your father cheating on your mother he didn't just cheat, he got the woman he cheated on with pregnant first." He said and she looked at him.

" your mother didn't know about it until after she found out she was pregnant with you. I remember when she came to New Orleans to tell your father the news, but she ended up finding Hayley." He said." Hayley her name sounds familiar. I think auntie Katherine mentioned her once." Hope said and he nodded." Hayley was about three months pregnant with her son when your mother found out. Your mom snap your father's neck and left town. and the other day, the kid that you meant Henrik." Elijah said and hope's eyes widened." that was him wasn't it, my brother." She ask and he nodded." so that's why mom was so distrusted on me going to that school." Hope said." your mother didn't want klaus to find out the truth. All of us who met your father knows he has a temper and he would've try to kill your mother for keeping you away from him." Elijah said." no he wouldn't, I would've protected her." Hope said and he smiled." and that's why your mother is so lucky to have you." He said and she smiled.

" so how did you come into the picture?" She ask." I knew something was going on, so I followed your mother. It led me all the way to Oklahoma. She was kidnapped by a family enemy. At the-beginning your mother wanted nothing to do with me so she tried to push me away and thought she could handle herself, and that I needed to go back to my family, but." He said." but you stayed." She said and he nodded." a few months later your father sent me a letter telling me his son was born, and that they had to send him away to protect him from enemies. he asked that I would come back, but I never came back. I stayed with your mother." Elijah said and she looked at him." why don't I just show you." He said before pulling her into a memory.

Flashback

" I swear things are going the wrong way for us I mean look what happened to Davina a week ago." Amelia said coming into Elijah's office she stopped to see him looking at a letter.

" hey you okay." She asked." they had their baby." He said." Who." She asked." Klaus and Hayley." He said and she looked at him.

" how do you know that." She asked sitting down in a chair in front of him." Because I got a letter and a call from them. First klaus call me then Hayley and now I get this letter. the baby was born January 4 so a week ago." He said.

" what did they say." Amelia asked." Klaus... he wants me to come back to New Orleans he told me that Rebekah now has the baby and is keeping him hidden they fake the baby's death." He said.

" The baby's a boy." She asked and he nods." They named him after my little brother who died 1000 years ago Henrik Mikaelson.

" can I see the letter." She asked and he gave her the letter so that she could read it.

Dear Elijah

You're probably wondering how this letter found you or wherever you are. I got a witch to send it to you we try to find you but we assumed that you cloaked yourself. Hayley gave birth on January 4, 2012 to a healthy baby boy but then the witches try to kill him so we had to fake his death for his safety. The witches had killed Hayley but because of the baby's blood it turned her into a hybrid like me. his name is henrik mikaelson after our little brother. I figured I could at least give him that respect for what happened to him. We learned that the baby is part werewolf and part vampire and his blood has the power to turn werewolves into hybrids. Anyway I know we had got on a rough end and you left because of our fight but I need you I need my brother here. The city is crawling with enemies, me and Hayley are all alone here while Rebekah is away with the baby so please if you get this letter come back home we need you my son needs you

From your brother Niklaus

" are you going to go." Amelia asked." No I'm not." He said." But he's your brother they're your family Elijah you should be there for them, not stuck here with us." She said.

" but you are my family Amelia so is everyone else, besides klaus made it very clear that he can handle everything on his own and every time when things go out of his control he always calls me for help but I'm done I want to start living my life without him." Elijah said." In besides this baby is going to need more protection then henrik he only got enemies from my family but this baby has enemies from both side of the family and needs more protection.

" but that's the thing nobody knows I'm pregnant with  his child only my family so my family is the threat I don't have a lot of enemies but klaus do he has thousands of them and they're going to need your help." She said." well then they're just gonna have to figure it out themselves because I am not leaving this city not you or the baby." He said and she smiled.

End of flashback

Once Elijah was done, hope hugged him tightly.

" thank you for always being by my mother side uncle Elijah." Hope said and he smiled." she means the world to me and I wouldn't trade her for the world." Elijah said and hope smiled." now it's getting dark and you need to get in bed or your mother would kill me for having you stay up." He said, she giggles before heading off to bed. Elijah looked at the picture of the family before heading out.

As soon as hope went to bed, she was pulled back into the room to see Glinda who soon told her what spell that could kill her brother once and for all.
