Hope finally made it to North Dakota and looked at the beautiful site of it. As much as she wanted to look around, she knew she had someone to find. Now that she broke the cloaked spell, She used her blood to search for Elijah and find out he's at a bar.
Hope grabbed her things before following the map out to a bar. She walked up to the bar only to realize it was locked. She use a spell to open it only to be hit with the smell of blood. She looked around to see dead people all over the place and looked on stage see her uncle Elijah feeding on someone before throwing them to the ground.
" Elijah." Hope said and his head shot up looking at her." Amelia." He said looking at her. Hope looked down before shaking her head." no, it's Hope." She told him he looked disappointed." you shouldn't be here hope." He said." I need your help...to find mom." Hope told her." we already did that years ago. She's nowhere to be found." He said.
" I know, but I found something." she said before giving him the letter, he read it before giving it back to her.." I moved on." he told her." oh, really because I just walked in on you feeding on people. Uncle Elijah, You're not the type of person to do this, to just throw your life away." She told him.
" well, then you don't know me that well." He said." but mom knew you." Hope said and he looked at her." this conversation is over. Hope just go home and let me live my life." He said and she scoffed." I feel sorry for you. You know that mom would do anything to have you back. This letter is our chance to find her, she wants us to find her and you're not." Hope said." for all we know she could be dead." He said her and hope shook her head as tears fell from her face.
" I'm not going to believe that." Hope said as tears streaming down her face." I can't believe that." she said before walking away. The moment Hope open the door, she looked out to see her family standing there with angry expressions on her face." do you have any idea what you put us through?" Davina asked looking at her angrily.

" we have been searching for you for weeks. Why would you runoff to go find mom?" Davina asked, but she stopped to see tears running down hope's face. Davina put the pieces together and knew Elijah said something to her to make her cry.
" why are you crying Elijah? What the hell did you say to her?" Davina asked angrily looking at him." I told her the hard truth. She's a mikaelson, she can handle it." He said, Hope turned to look at him angrily before using a spell to snap his neck before running out of the bar.
" Hope!" Davina yelled out, she turned to the family." can you guys handle this situation while I go after her?" She asked and they nodded as she ran out the door to go follow hope.
For about 20 minutes she finally found Hope who was on the rooftops looking down, watching everyone drive-by.
" what if Elijah is right?" Hope asked." about what." Davina asked." that may be....mom could be dead." Hope said crying." no don't listen to him that's just him not having faith. I'm sorry that none of us have taking this seriously for you. Some of us have handled death and disappearance, and I didn't realize that you were just a child when mom left." Davina said." she didn't leave...she was taken." Hope said, refusing to believe her mom would just abandon her.
" right." Davina said." we have a chance to find her and we're not taking it. All the stories that you guys tell me about, mom made it sound like she was always there for you no matter what and you can't do the same for her." Hope said." Hope we are always there for her." Davina said." oh yeah name one." Hope said and Davina looked at her.
" you know, I was just like you when I was just a teenager. When mom gave birth to you, she was murdered in her own restroom. I didn't know about it until the next day. When they told me they saved you from the same people who killed her. For the past whole year I did everything in my power to bring her back. It was hard I couldn't trust anyone to be near you other than the family because I was afraid you would be taken from me." Davina told her." I didn't know." Hope said.
" and you know what's worse about all of it." She said and hope looked at her." mom was killed by her parents, our grandparents. They despise the both of us without getting to know us, they try to kill you." Davina said.
" I'm sorry you have to go through that. If you were so desperate on bring mom back in the past why can't you do it now. Help me find her." Hope said." Because I didn't want my son to grow up thinking I have no attention for him. It's hard watching my son not know what a wonderful person his grandmother was. I always wish that he would meet her." Davina said as tears roll down her face.
" then let's do just that." Hope said and Davina looked at her before nodding." Fine, but that still doesn't leave you off the hook for running away in the first place." Davina said and hope rolled her eyes smiling. The two headed back to the others.
