Hope laid Amelia on her bed as she wipe the blood of her mothers mouth. The family stood around them.
" mom what's wrong with you?" Hope asked and Amelia smiled." I didn't know what was wrong with me at the beginning." Amelia said, and hope looked at her.
" wait when did this started happening?" Hope asked." a week ago." She said and everyone's eyes widened." why didn't you tell us." Davina said sitting next on the bed by her mother.
" I didn't want you guys to worry." She said before slowly crying." the reason why I'm like this is because I'm dying." she told them.
" wait, what do you mean you're dying?" Stefan asked." hope brought me back from the year 2027. She brought me to a year that I'm supposed to be dead in." Amelia told them.
" so what, you're dying because hope brought you here." Katherine asked and she nodded." since I'm dead in this time it's catching up to me." Amelia said.
" so we need to bring you back." Marcel said and hope shook her head." no mom I can't lose you. I won't lose you." Hope said and Amelia put her hand on Hope's cheek.
" you're grown hope you'll survive without me." She told her." but that thing I can't, I literally shut off my humanity because I lost you." Hope said.
" then what are you suggesting?" Amelia asked." we find a way to save you. There's always a way." Hope told her." how are we going to save her? You are probably the first person who crack time travel." Maya told her." we will find a way, we always do." She said.

Klaus was now and mystic falls to drop his son off at school. He slowly head towards the office to talk to Caroline, who called him earlier about something disturbing.
He knocked on the door, and she answered it, smiling sadly before letting him in and closing the door.
" why is it that you call me here?" He asked." Okay, I know that you are going through a lot with your daughter and all but there is something you should know." Caroline said.
" you don't sound surprised that I do have one." He said." believe it or not I knew her before you." she said, and he looked at her.." it's a long story the thing is, I didn't know she was your child until later on." She said.
" so why am I here?" He asked." it involves hope." she said and that caught his attention. He already failed as a father within a few hours he was not about to do it again.
" what is it?" He asked." Okay, so a year ago when Hope turn her humanity off I'm guessing she also turned the sky red." She said and he agreed." for the past year a tree in our garden grew." She said.
" you called me all the way here for a tree." he told her." it's not just any tree klaus, our witches analyze it, and it's called red Oak. At first we didn't know it, but we put the pieces together. It's a weapon to kill hope just like it's a weapon for you with white oak." She said and his eyes widened.
" wait so you're saying when she became a tribrid that tree started to grow." he said, and she nodded." there is also something else you should know." She said and he looked at her.
" when we found the tree, a piece of it was taken off. It means someone has a piece of the red oak." She said." how much was it taken off?" He asked." just enough to make one weapon." She said.
" there is no doubt someone who doesn't like Hope has it. I'm pretty sure it was this Apep guy who killed Amelia." He said." speaking of Amelia I heard she's alive." She asked.
It was a shock for Caroline to find out a good friend was alive again after being reported dead last year. She felt so bad for Hope.
" yes thanks to hope she discovered time travel and brought the old Amelia from 2027 to here." He said, he was trying to get used to his child going through time to save her mother.
" oh, that's good, so what are we gonna do about the tree?" She asked." we are obviously going to burn it. I will not have a weapon here that has the power to kill my daughter. If people find out about it, they will have an opportunity to kill her. Hope just started living." He said and she smiled slightly.
" even when you and Hope are fighting, you still fight for her." Caroline said, and he looks at her.." she is my daughter after all, even when she doesn't see me as her father. I blame for my actions, and I'm willing to wait how long it takes for her to forgive me, just as long as she's in my life." He said and she nodded.
" In the meantime, you have your witches, or someone burn that tree, make sure to leave no sticks left behind." He said, he was about to walk away when she stopped him." and what are you gonna be doing?" She asked." I have to go tell the others." he said before speeding away.

Hope put covers on her mother, who is the eventually fell asleep. She slowly cut the lights off before closing the door.
She slowly fell down to the floor, leaning on the door in tears.
She didn't know what to do anymore, her mom was dying once again. Maybe it was life punishing her for existing in the first place. Her mom died the first time trying to protect her. She died the second time to keep her enemies from finding out about her and her sister.
And now she's dying, because hope foolishly brought her back from the past. I guess sometimes life has a way of biting you back. Maybe this was the way on how she got her cousin killed, pulled her into the supernatural life.
Or maybe all of this is because she is the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson. Hope wiped her tears before getting up and heading into her room, hoping that she would have good news eventually.
