A little info about Ciel:
He's a mercenary for hire with his older brother Azul, can't speak proper Inklish but CAN speak English, he specializes in the Splatana Wiper, has killed people, is related to the main character Quincy, he was one of 8 agents chosen to be in the New Squidbeak Splatoon, and he knows Dimentio.
A little info about Azul:
He's a mercenary for hire with his little brother Ciel, can't speak English but knows what Ciel is saying somehow, specializes in the Splatana Wiper, basically leads the rivalry between the Blue Blaze Brothers and Deep Cut, is related to the main character Quincy, he was one of 8 agents chosen to be in the New Squidbeak Splatoon, and he knows Dimentio.
And now, what you've all been waiting for: the animation of the Blue Blaze Brothers to the IMP jingle. XD
It's basically their origin story summed up and then animated-
