Recruitment Center
Outside Rhodes Island"Ah! Miss Skyfire, we had been expecting you." Hibiscus, sitting behind a glass and small wall that has a hole in it, jolts something down in her book, "Please follow this direction to reach Doctor Kal'tsit's office." She puts down a small slip of paper containing directions that she took from a nearby stack, on top of the table.
A female with shoulder-length light brown hair and cat ears on her head slightly shakes her head, "I can find my way to her office. Excuse me." She lightly bows at Hibiscus before walking away.
Hibiscus blinks before pouting at Skyfire's back, "Rude. You could have taken this paper with you..." She puts the paper back on the stack.

Medical Wing Private Room
Inside Rhodes IslandAshura gazes at the ceiling with an empty look while trying to sink even further into his bed, "...Should I be happy or be miserable with the soulmates brainwashing?" He says out loud, not expecting an answer.
Atalanta, who is tugging on her bowstring and trying to make a tune out of it, snorts, "That depends. Thou would have died if they weren't your soulmates last night while on the other hand, yeah."
He gets up to sit and glares at the only person in the room other than him, "Still. I would really like to not have this... Power, I guess, with me."
"Yet, thou had utilized the power to save thy ass. In numerous occasions."
"I didn't have a choice. I would –"
"Thou always have a choice, no matter what. Covering thy eyes, staying in a room that had been barricaded, and more. The fact that you are still complaining about your power after everything is baffling." She squints her eyes at him while hissing at him.
He doesn't say anything except for narrowing his eyes even further at her. They stay glaring at each other until Ashura sighs then closes his eyes.
"I know. I know. But... I just want to... Not have this kind of cheat. You saw that those three couldn't attack me anymore... So, there will always be a chance that any girl would become a soulmate of mine and they can't do anything about it... Which helped a lot to save me but that's not the point."
"...Actually, is there any male soulmates for thee?"
"...I am not gay, Ata. I hope not."
The door swings open with a bang, prompting both of them to look and see Kal'tsit walking in while carrying a clipboard.
"We have finalized the recruitment process for those three... And they said that they would follow you in every operation," Kal'tsit sighs as she hands the clipboard to him, "Take a look."
"Operator Gravel... Operator Platinum... Operator Monique... Are you sure those two should be using their real name...?" Ashura asks as he flips through the papers.
"The only one using their real name is Operator Monique. The other two have used their code names. They told you about just now, remember?"
"...Ah. They did."
Kal'tsit and Atalanta sigh in unison, prompting both of them to look at each other weirdly, "Anyway, Lungmen has officially requested our help now. So, tomorrow morning, we will be heading there."
"...Wonderful. More missions." He sighs then drops down into his bed.
Kal'tsit lightly sighs before walking closer to him and putting her hand on his hand, "I know that the missions are terrifying but you need to gain experience as much as possible... Czarny isn't the only enemy you have nor will he be the last."
"I know... I need to clean up his mess anyway..." He tiredly smiles at Kal'tsit, sending her into a blushing mess. He sees her reaction, blinks, then glances at the desk next to him to see his helmet on it instead of his head, "Right. Forgot." He reaches for the helmet but a tug on his hand stops him.
He turns his head to see Kal'tsit smiling sadly at him, "Please don't wear that... At least in here...?" She mutters.
Ashura opens then closes his mouth as he tries to find a reason to wear it, yet finds none, so he gives up and lightly smiles at her, "Alright... Just this once..." He says, prompting her to beam at him.
Atalanta watches them with a blank face, "They sure forgot about me so fast..." She sighs then fake cough to get their attention, "Anyway, how many operators can he bring to Lungmen."
Kal'tsit glares at her for ruining the moment, yet the latter only looks at her with a bored expression, "Seeing as how the last time we went there ended up, we will be taking forty-five operators with us."
Ashura blinks at Kal'tsit, "Isn't... That a lot? This place was only developed few years ago and you didn't have enough manpower right?" Atalanta nods in agreement with his words.
Kal'tsit smirks at them, "We had found lots of development strategies that Doctor did in his room. Strategies that boosted our construction and everything by few years. And we had gotten a new influx of operators to deploy."
