Tommy pushed his way through the door to his room, wincing at the scraping sound the door made against the floor as he shoved it open with his shoulder. He wasn't sure how exactly, but Tommy guessed he must have shorted out the electronic locks on the door with the ridiculous lightning storm he had set off. Electricity was crackling along his skin as he stumbled out into the hall, shaking his head to try to clear the last of the memories from his brain. After taking a moment to catch his breath, Tommy steeled his nerves and headed off down the hall.

He had to get to Wilbur. The rest of the team was probably already inside, breaking into the records rooms, and all Tommy needed to do was get Will out. He almost walked right past another room before he backtracked, staring through the one way window that was nearly hidden in the wall there. Tommy's breath caught as he spotted Wilbur, strapped to a chair in the middle of the room and glaring daggers at the man who stood in front of him. Tommy swallowed hard when the man turned around, seeming to stare right at him through the window.

Schlatt looked almost more intimidating than he was in Tommy's disjointed memory, his suit perfect as ever and his hair slicked back to show off his horns. Tommy breathed deeply before steeling his nerves, letting his wings shrink back into his shoulders and feeling lightning crackle along his arms and pool in his hands.

Tommy laid a hand on the glass of the window and released his electricity. The glass shattered, imploding into the room and causing Wilbur to jump, turning to stare through the broken glass at Tommy. Before Schlatt could move or even speak, Tommy jumped through the whole in the window, punching him across the face and sending him sprawling to the ground, the man's body shaking with electricity.

Tommy hurried over to Wilbur, easily releasing him from the chair with a few small volts of energy. Wilbur jumped to his feet, rubbing his wrists and looking between Tommy and Schlatt's limp form on the ground.

"Where's Icarus?"

Tommy wanted to laugh, but he knew that would probably only confuse and worry Wilbur more. Of course that would be his first question.

"He's safe, I already got him out," Tommy said instead, turning to release the door and stepping out into the hallway again. Wilbur followed behind without another word, only nodding before he glanced up and down the hall, his mouth set in a hard line.

"How are we supposed to get out of here?" He asked, frowning as Tommy reached towards the fluorescent lights above his head.

"I've got you a ride," was all Tommy said in response, closing his eyes and focusing on the electricity that ran through the light and the wires attached. He had never tested this before, but he needed it to work. If it didn't, then the whole plan was ruined.

Tommy focused, following the energy through the wires and chords in the Tower, mapping his way back towards the entrance room. He could feel faint energy from two people standing near the lamp on the front desk, their natural electricity from their bodies catching Tommy's attention. Screwing his eyes shut, Tommy put all his energy into tapping out a message.

R A N B O O

Tommy pulled back from the light, gasping as he let go of his control on the electricity. He stumlbed back into Wilbur, who caught him easily, talking worriedly as Tommy tried to steady himself.

"What was that? Theseus, what did you just do?"

Tommy opened his mouth to say something, maybe just to tell Wilbur to shut up so he could try to force away his growing headache, but a faint pop and a burst of purple particles caught his attention, making a smile pull at the corners of Tommy's mouth.
