A/n Finally, here is the reaction to Draco's reveal... and some other stuff in between.
I think it's safe to say,, I have no idea what I'm doing :D

Tw: anxiety

Her day had started like any other. Mione shook her awake so she wouldn't sleep in and after some groaning on her part, she rolled out of bed. Hermione never let her sleep late, even on weekends.

She always got ready for the day in a zombie-like state; her eyes barely open as she went through her morning routine. By the time she made it down to the common room, she was always more awake (that didn't mean she was any happier about the fact that she had to wake up early).

Today, however, she flopped face-first onto the couch closest to her as soon as she made her way downstairs. Harry was sitting in the spot next to her and began to laugh when she made her appearance.

"Hermione refused to let you sleep any longer, huh."

She made a noise that expressed how dumb she thought he was for stating the obvious.

"Yeah, well Ron's not faring any better," Harry said as he gestured toward said boy as if she could see him.

She lifted her head to see Ron lying on his back on the couch adjacent to them.

"Ron is my people," she said. Ron lifted his fist up in a sign of support. "Mione is now my sworn enemy."

Hermione, who had been sitting in the armchair opposite Ron, rolled her eyes at her friend's behaviour.

"I woke you because you promised to hang out with Colin today," Hermione said. "Or did you forget?"

Y/n sat up straight at her reminder. "Right, Colin. I didn't forget."

"Seems like you did," Ron interjected.

"Shut up, you're supposed to be in a comatose state," she snapped back. Harry and Hermione gave her a look. "What?"

"Speaking of Colin - " Harry began.

"What's going on between you two?" Hermione finished.

She glanced between the two like they had grown extra heads.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Well, he's been hovering around you a lot more recently, and since, you know - "

Hermione interrupted Harry once more, "We want to know if there's something... more happening between you two."

"There isn't. We're just friends," she frowned. "Why would you guys ask something like that?"

They gave her a look again, but it was Ron who spoke up.

"It's obvious that he likes you - "

"Hey guys," Colin said as he approached, his camera around his neck.

Ron sat up in his seat, his ears turning red.

"Hey Colin," he greeted.

There was an awkward silence as they all just stared up at Colin. She wondered if he had heard what Ron said. What were her friends talking about anyway? He didn't have a crush on her. Their relationship was strictly platonic. Colin rubbed the back of his neck, clearly uncomfortable.

"So, Y/n, are you ready to go?" he asked.

"Yeah let's go," she said as she stood.

She ruffled Harry's hair as she left. Snickering when she heard his grumbles.

In truth, she wasn't quite sure why Colin had asked to hang out one on one today. She hadn't really questioned it either until her friends questioned her.
