Alia and Bajirao fell asleep and when she woke up,the darkness has covered the city of jhansi for while and she woke up Bajirao to say it evening.he woke up and saw the stars looking out from the huge window on his left and jumped up and said"did we really sleep for that long!".he asked fixing himself up.

"We did!".I said worried if he family perhaps is looking for him.

I stood up and walked up to him when he was done but I felt a huge pain in my heart as if im being separated from something and look up to him and hugged him tightly.he wrapped his arms around me and I felt his heart beating fast against my chest and he spoke"I hate this everytime, leaving you feel likes a piece of my heart is being riped out!".he said

"Mine too!".I replied back.

We pulled away and said to each other"good bye Meri jaan!".and he turned around and left my chambers.I instantly fell on my knees as my heart ache to see him and my tears fell when Pooja walked past,all dressed up a light pink lehenga and stop as she saw me and ran to my side to comfort me and said"don't be sad.....he will be back sooner than you think?".she replied caressing my arm to make me stop crying.

"But also what about the lie.....I told him about the child...huh!".I said looking at her.

she then looked away and didn't answer me back and carry on caressing my arm.after a while we both stood up and she walked me to my bed and I went and lied down and she threw the blanket over me when she caressed my cheek and said"good night and see you tomorrow!".she uttered.

"Close the door on your way out..please!".I replied as I stared at the stars from my window and she walked out with the sound of chamber door closing.

I then closed my eyes and forgot about everything that happened today and the loud music from the hall and before I knew it I was gone.

Hearing the birds chirping their sweet songs and the bright morning sun shinning directly in my face woke me up and I yawned before opening my eyes and I stretched myself and I step out of bed when a knock came on my door.I looked up and said"you may enter!".

The door opened and Raj came running to me and hugged me and kiss me on the cheek and belly and said"good morning Ammi and little one".He called the baby since he not the only little one and consider himself older.

"Good morning beta,how you doing and what the rush?".I asked him as we pulled away from the embrace.

"I'm okay Ammi.....there someone to see you again,a lady this time!".he spoke.

"A lady you say!".then as I was about to stand up,a women enter my chambers and saw Meera standing there in a red sari with gold jewellery and her hair halved and platted in a braid.I stood up slowly and told Raj to leave and he left instantly and closed the door when she stared at me with a faceless expression not sure what it means and she spoke"you can sit!".she replied with looking around at my room but I thought to myself it's must be about Bajirao.

I sat again and she walked to me and seated herself with a distance between us on the bed.she then looked at my belly as I was caressing it and asked"how many months?".she asked with a grin in her voice.

I look at her and said"two months!".replying back when her face changed slightly and asked"is it his child?".she asked as her face looking abit scared like she didn't want to hear my answer.

"Why are you curious?".I asked trying to avoid her question.

"Must say with a tawaif like you,having such beauty any man is bound to fall in love with you specifically him.....but remember this,they will never accept a illegitimate or bastard child of his and especially one from a tawaif!".she said with a evil smirk.

I felt humiliated with her disgusting words and a raged was working itself up inside of me when I lifted up my hand and almost smack her and she got frightened by my reaction but stopped myself and said"firstly call me whatever you want to,but never address my child a illegitimate or bastard!".I said with anger coming out my words and she looked at me for defending myself.

"I don't care if they don't accept my child,I will raised him or her on my own and later my child will decide what it's want........and Bajirao already know about the child!!".I stated.

"That why he came to visit you yesterday!".she said with sadness in her voice.

I then sat down again but something caught my eye about her that was different and wasn't sure at first but looked abit closely and saw the marks around her neck as if someone had choke her and asked"what happened with your neck?".I asked nicely not wanting any problems or being rude.

"The price I get from him for loving you!" .she said with tears instantly escaping her eyes.
