12: Changes and Confusions

Early in the morning, Taehyung was snooping around the side of the mansion he wasn't able to explore yesterday with Sejung.
He had woke up early today. He ate his breakfast and after making sure none of the members are back, he got into action.

He reached the same office like space where he had been caught in the grasp of the Mafiaso.
He started to look around the space. There was a huge book shelf on the right wall of the room. He walked upto the shelf and searched the shelf for anything that he can add to the proofs he was gathering against the mafia.

While looking around,a huge painting caught his eyes. It was a painting of a bunch of kids, huddled together looking at something,or rather someone,a small baby wrapped in white blanket.
The baby was drawn in such way that made them look like an angel with halo like reflection of light and glowing face.
The glow from that small baby was reflected all over the kids who were looking at the baby with huge smiles. Everything was black and white while the only color used in the painting was to paint the kids and the baby.

Taehyung has always been the one who loves arts and to say he was mesmerized won't be wrong. He had been staring at the painting for a long time until,the loud roars of engines reached his ears.
He quickly got out of the place before anyone can see him snooping around.

It's not like this place was forbidden for him but still he didn't want to risk. He can't get anyone suspect him and make things difficult.

As soon as,he appeared in the living room, the door of the mansion opened to Yoongi with two unknown guys trailing behind.

"Oh V," Yoongi acknowledged his presence in the room making the other two glance at him.

"Here,meet these guys, they are Mingyu and Wonwoo from unit two and guys this is V the new member of Bangtan." Yoongi said introducing them. Mingyu gave him a salute and Wonwoo gave him a nod.

Taehyung nodded with confused expression which made Yoongi chuckle,
"Oh! I forgot you don't know about units. Don't worry we will tell you more about us later, after all you are one of us now." Yoongi said with a smile causing Taehyung to control the urge to roll his eyes.
'Just wait for me to drag you all behind the bars and then we'll see who is in whose team.'
Taehyung thought in his mind.

"Where are others? Didn't you guys left together?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes we did, they will be here in few minutes." Yoongi shrugged.
"We still have something to finish so see you later." He said and walked toward the left side of mansion with the two guys following him.

Taehyung was now sprawled on the couch on the living room with an laptop that he borrowed from Sejung. He was bored. They still haven't return his phone and other belongings that they confiscated previously. Sejung was kind enough to lend his laptop to Taehyung.

At first,he surfed the internet for the recent news and got nothing major other than some business tycoons spreading their business, some scandals related to politicians and so on.
There was a news about some unknown invaders blowing up four factories and two warehouses around the city where the dead bodies of an entire human trafficking gang,the police was trying to catch for quite time,littered around.
He sat up straight with laptop on his lap.
He clicked into the news article wanting to know more about it.

ARSONISTS SET SEOUL TO FIRE!

Some unknown people burned down three abandoned warehouses around the city last night.
The police has found the shocking number of dead bodies littered around the warehouses. All of the victims were actually found to be the predators, the same human trafficking gang police has been trying to locate for a long time now. This group of people has been abducting children, raping males and females and causing ruckus in the neighborhood since a long time. The Seoul police had been trying hard to catch them and put them behind the bars but had never succeeded.
