"wait so you officially like sirius?" lily asked me.

i paced her room as my thoughts raced. its been weeks since i last talked to lily and im finally telling her everything.

"i dont even know! i think i do but i dont know how i even do!" i replied

"was he a good kisser?" she asked and ducked out of the way of the pillow i threw at her head

"i mean, yeah." i mumbled underneath my breath.

"i knew it! i knew you'd end up liking him." she said

"yeah yeah shut up and help me." i replied.

i fell on her bed and laid with my head in her pillow.

"i can call marlene and dorcas? certified lesbians."

my head shot up.

"please!" i told her.

she dialed a number on her phone and put it to her ear.

"im gay." i reminded her with a sarcastic smile.

she shrugged and sat down next to me. dorcas sat on her lap and they both grabbed my hand at the same time, then giggled.

"stop being women likers for two seconds and help me!" i begged. "i dont know a singular gay man other than sirius and i cant rant to him about this bc hes who im struggling with!"

"jesus christ calm down!" dorcas spoke. "im sure he feels the same, or else he wouldnt've kissed you, right?"

i nodded quickly and lily laughed from beside me.

"remember what you two bet on?" lily asked marlene and dorcas.

"oh yeah!" dorcas said. "and marls won."

"oops!" marlene laughed.

"wait shut up sirius is texting me." i told them all.

marlene held her breath and dorcas leaned forward. lily looked over my shoulder and down at my phone.
