i looked around at the new looking park lily pulled up to.
it had arches over the sidewalks with lights strung around them, and wilderness trails galore.
"lils this is beautiful!" i exclaimed
"i saw it while driving around the other day, i figured youd love it so i noted to bring you here." she shrugged.
"i love it, wow new favorite place i guess." i laughed
she laughed aswell and hugged me.

i groaned and dragged myself out of bed. i walked into my bathroom and brushed my teeh, took my meds, and combed through my hair.
i turned the light out and dragged myself over to my dresser. i grabbed black skinny jeans and a somewhat cropped white sweater.
i put my contacts in, grabbed my phone and earbuds, and went into my living room.

"mom!" i yelled in the direction of her room. "im going out with lils, i dont know when i'll be home!"
"alright honey, have fun and be safe! i love you!" she yelled back
"i love you too."
i jogged out of the house and to her red car.
"hey hottie." she laughed as i got in the car.
"hey lils." i laughed back "so, whos all coming tonight?"
"well a few things i know for sure, marlene, dorcus, and james are gonna be there." she said "and some of marlenes track friends, but thats all i definately know."
"okay cool, onwards we go then."

me and reg both jumped out of the car and ran up to marlenes porch. regulus knocked and we were soon greeted by marlene at the door.
