Phoenix

Jess POV:

Love is a hard thing, you want to protect them with all you have, kiss them every second. Sometimes peoples love is so advanced you would do anything to protect them, even if it means hiding a huge secret and leaving the person you love behind because you know that they cant live with you in your life. I hadn't completed what I was sent to do. I couldn't. It was ruining peoples lives.

"Miss?" A voice said behind me, "Your free to go now. Do you have anyone to take you home?" The voice said again and I span round. It was the doctor. I went to tell him that I didn't have anyone that I was alone but a stranger appeared in the door way and said "I'm here to take her home. Come a long Jess. You wouldn't want to keep the father waiting." My heart stopped. It couldn't be him. They couldn't be here to get me. I didn't mean to do that. "Off you go Miss I'm sure your father can't wait to see you." the doctor said smiling. The man in the doorway glared at the doctor, "Its not her Father. It's The Father." The doctor looked confused and I would have been too if I was in his position the only difference is I know who the father is and I would do anything I could to get away from him but I knew deep down that that would never happen. The Father stalked my every thoughts. He was the reason I didn't have a normal life. He was the reason I couldn't go back to Tom.

I walked out the hospital and the man didn't say a word. "Who are you?" I said frowning at him. He looked at me and opened his mouth and closed it again as though he was thinking what to say. "Phoenix." He said, "And you are Jess." He said smiling. My heart fluttered, of course he knew my name. "You ready to go?" Phoenix said laughing, "Of course not. But tough. Time to go Jess.". I looked at the floor and a tear fell down my face. I looked at the tree's, the grass and even the people around and sighed. "I'm sorry Tom." I said and I vanished.

Tom POV:

I looked at boys and felt ill. What did they mean Jess had already left the hospital and with another man!? Had she cheated on me? I doubt that. You could see in her eyes that she didn't lie. She ment the world to me and the fact that I didn't know where she was or who she was with terrified me. She needed to know how I felt about her, how I never ment to break up with her. It was the girl with the red hair's fault.

Jess POV:

I opened my eyes and I was back. Back at home where I didn't belong. I walked up to the father and he spoke the words nobody ever wanted to hear -"You've failed."
