Stepping outside of the facility, Iris took a moment to look at her surroundings. She had now fully, mentally and physically, prepared herself for the plan.

She walked a little ways from the actual building and began warming up her hands. Holding them out in front of her, they began forming small masses of purple energy that floated above her palms.

"Here we go." she formed her hands together and quickly pulled them apart, releasing a large explosion of power, charring some of the grass around her. "They had to have picked that up." she murmured to herself.

She stared up at the sky, waiting to see if there was any sign of a ship. She sighed. Nothing. Giving it a few minutes, she rubber her hands together, mentally preparing herself to do it again. Until she heard sirens slowly getting louder.

As she looked to her right, she saw multiple police cars quickly pulling up to the facility.
"Shit." she took a step back, ready to run. But as she turned her head a quick flash of light appeared in front of her, then stood a pair of aliens.

She was already panicking, looking between the police and aliens.
"There you are." one of them spoke, a small smirk appearing on her face.

"Stop right there!" one of the cops yelled, running towards them standing in the open grass. He quickly pulled out a gun and held it out to try and threaten her.

Iris flicked her hand toward him and a burst of power sent him flying back.
"I surrender." she turned back to the aliens, holding her hands up.

Iris was now cuffed, arms behind her back, being pulled up into the ship. They had taken off her necklace that held the stone, and were holding it as they all walked. She held a straight face, looking forward, making sure she didn't look at anyone they passed.

They soon came up on a throne situated on top of tall stone stairs. The two aliens escorting her, let go of her arms and pushed her to step forward.

"So, this is the one I've been told of." a deep voice comes from the throne that was cast in a shadow, making whoever sat in it almost invisible.

"Yes sir." the female alien spoke. "And the stone." she tossed it up to him and a large hand emerged from the shadows to catch it.

He slowly stood, walking a step into the light. Iris' eyes widened. He had been the one she saw in her dream. He carefully took the stone out of the chain and placed it into his golden gauntlet.

"I'm afraid the stone has no power, sir." the female spoke again, barely making eye contact with him.

"So, where is it?" he questioned, his voice sounding angered.

"It's in me." Iris said, staring up at him. He turned his focus from the alien to Iris and tilted his head.

"In you?" he slowly began walking down the stairs. As he reached the bottom Iris could now fully tell how big he was. He walked forward and towered over her. She nodded in response to his question. "Show me."

Iris stared into his eyes as she used her powers to break out of the cuffs they had put her in, sending the aliens next to her into a panic. She grabbed her wrist, twisting it around.
"Could've done that a long time ago."

"Hm." he hummed and watched as the others quickly tried to put new cuffs onto Iris. He raised his hand "Leave her." the then quickly stopped and stood at her sides.
