Thanos' ship had finally arrived at the other and he had decided to attack. Although, he didn't let Iris see the damage till he took her down to the remains of the ship himself.
As they walked, Iris looked straight forward, ignoring all the bodies on the floor.

She followed closely after Thanos, and quickly stops when he stops to stare out the window. She looks down to see the last few people alive, struggling.

"I know what it's like to lose." Thanos speaks, breaking the silence, and turning around. "To feel so desperately that you're right...yet to fail nonetheless."  He leans over and picks up one of the last few alive and carries him, as he walks towards another. "It's frightening. Turns the legs to jelly. But I ask you to what end?"

"Dread it, run from it..destiny arrives all the same." As he spoke Iris shudders at the sound of those words. She could only think back to her past nightmares. "And now it's here. Or should U say... I am."

Iris followed and stood next to Thanos as he held a man by his head and made him kneel on the ground. She looked forward at the man standing before them, dressed in green, long slick black hair. "You talk too much." the one kneeling spoke.

Thanos looked down at him then met Iris' gaze. He gave a small nod and Iris slowly raised one of her hands as it began to glow purple.
"The Tesseract..or your brother's head." Thanos said looking back at the one in front of them. "I assume you have a preference?"

"Oh I do." he spoke "Kill away."
Iris' eyes widened and she quickly looked up at Thanos. He gave her a stern look and she let out a shaky breath and she began forcing her powers against the man's head.

He immediately began groaning and screaming, while the other stood and watched. Thanos stared, looking between the brothers as Iris shut her eyes. "I'm so sorry." she whispered before she heard "Alright stop!"

She quickly stepped back and stared at the man in front of her.
"We don't have the Tesseract. It was destroyed on Asgard."

Iris watched as the man before her sighed, and raised his hand as a glowing blue cube appeared into it. She took deep breaths trying to calm herself down but they didn't work.

"You really are the worst brother." the man kneeling says as the other steps toward Thanos.
"I assure you brother...the sun will shine on us again." he steps forward holding the Tesseract out to Thanos.

He chuckles "Your optimism is misplaced, Asgardian."

"Well for one thing, I'm not Asgardian." he shakes his head "And for another...we have a hulk."

Suddenly the Hulk comes charging at Thanos, knocking the Tesseract out of the man's hand and sending Thanos tumbling. Iris steps back as she watches the two fight. Slowly, Thanos begins overpowering Hulk, sending him flying onto the ground.

The man that had been kneeling on the floor quickly gets up and runs towards Thanos, throwing a small piece of metal at him. In return, Thanos kicks him down onto the ground and one of the aliens tied him up.

Iris looks down at him as he stares at Thanos when he suddenly screams. She turns her head to see Thanos stabbing a spear through a man on the ground.
"You're going to die for that." one of the aliens puts a cover over his mouth, then picks up the Tesseract, handing it to Thanos.
