He passed by the gas station, the dim lights glinting as he drove. As he got considerably close to Canada's location, he simply parked his car on the side of the road. When he found Canada's car, he was less than shocked to see a raccoon on the top of the car scratching at it.

"What a doofus." He murmured, approaching the car and screaming at the raccoon. It looked up and scrambled away, which left Russia standing there.

He jogged up to the car, trying to open it. It didn't budge, until a worried sick Canadian popped up at the window. Canada looked relieved, and opened the door. Russia opened his mouth to speak, but instead fell backwards.

"Russia!" Canada cried out, knocking the Russian onto the ground. Canada's arms were wrapped around him, giving him a massive hug. Russia was stunned, mainly since he was lonely and was very rarely given hugs like these.

The Canadian didn't seem to notice that he was basically on top of Russia, in a random ass open road, so the Russian had to remind him. "C-Canada.." He stammered, bringing his hands close to Canada's body. Russia hesitated for a few seconds, until he pushed Canada off a little.

"Oh, I'm so sorry.." He apologized quickly, standing up and backing up to give Russia air. The Russian sat up, and quickly followed. "Its fine.."

Russia slowly turned his head to Canada, clearly having something to say. The Canadian waited patiently, having a slightly concerned look on his face. The Russian finally sighed. "Canada? I came so late, because, well.. My family and I had a fight."

Canada nodded, holding his breath. "They.. They know about us being friends, and they want condemn our friendship. I know we both don't want that to happen, though." Russia glanced nervously back up at him, and the Canadian had a surprised look on his face.

"Oh, god.. Why do things have to change.." Canada muttered, glancing away from Russia for a few seconds. His eyes quickly flicked up to the slightly taller Russian again.

"We can work through this." He piped up again, although Russia had a look on his face that disagreed. "They'll figure out at one point, Canada.." He sighed, closing his eyes.

The Canadian went silent, thinking for a few moments. "If now is our last moment, won't you let me make it last a little longer?" He spoke, and Russia opened his eyes.

"I'm not saying that this will be the last time we ever see each other again, Canada." The slightly taller male sighed. "You're over reacti-" "No I'm not! Am I the only one in this friendship who wants to make it last?" Canada interrupted him.

The Russian looked a little taken by surprise, but quickly shook it off. "Of course not!" Russia exclaimed, but the slightly smaller male quickly spoke up again. "Then let me make this moment last a little longer!"

"I wasn't stopping you!" Russia responded, and the Canadian huffed. "It sounded like it!" "Dear god, Canada, its 3 fucking am! And were arguing on an open road!"

"So? Stop arguing with me then and let me do what I wanna do!" He retorted. The Russian groaned. "Ugh, alright! What do you want!"

"To make this last, duh! I've been telling you!" Canada snapped back, and Russia nearly shrieked out of frustration. "JUST DO IT!" "Fine!"

The Canadian immediately wrapped his arms around the slightly taller country, surprising him a bit. Russia slowly hugged him back, not being used to affection and such.

"Russia?" Canada's voice was small, and Russia could barely hear him, but he answered. "Yes?"

"Have you ever thought about moving out of your house? Y'know, you could live with me. Especially if your siblings are constantly messing with you."

The Russian froze, thinking about it. "I haven't. I feel like they need me.." He sighed. "If you get bossed around like that, I doubt it! You could then rub the fact that you moved in with the person they didn't want you to be around," Canada grinned.

The Russian chuckled a bit. "You're a bit goofy." "Just a bit?" The Canadian laughed. "There's a lot you got to learn." The slightly shorter male added.

"Is that so?"

He yawned, glancing at the mountain of bags that his friend had brought. "So you're moving in with me?" Russia nodded. "Hope you have room," The slightly taller male joked, and Canada rolled his eyes.

"I have a room, don't worry." The Canadian grabbed the Russians hand, walking up the steps. On the second floor was his room, the bathroom, yet another bathroom, and then this unreasonably large closet.

"So.. I know its just a big closet, but it'll work. If I can find a room to sacrifice, you can move in there." Canada shrugged. Russia was.. Bewildered, to say the least. "A closet?" He scoffed. "At least I let you live here!" The Canadian playfully huffed, and the Russian elbowed him. "Ouch!"

"What? That wasn't even bad!" The slightly taller male laughed. The minorly shorter red and white coloured country rolled his eyes again. "C'mon. Lets go get your stuff."

The Russian nodded. As he walked down the stairs with Canada, he noticed that he was still holding his hand. A small smile appeared on his face, but quickly got wiped away when he remembered all the unpacking he had to do.

"Christ.. You got a mattress or something? Or a drawer?? Left over furniture?" Russia questioned, and Canada shook his head. "Nope. We probably have to go furniture shopping later.." The Canadian sighed.

"Its not a probably, Canada. Its a most definitely." The slightly taller male crossed his arms. Not because he was particularly angry, but rather bored.

"We will then, not today, though! Too tired," The red and white flagged country grinned, and the red white and blue one donked him.

"What the hell was that for!" Canada barked, biting Russia's hand. "Jesus Christ, Canada! Biting me was unnecessary.."

"You hit me!" "You BIT me!"
