The next morning they awake to noise outside their bedroom window. Zac gets up already knowing exactly what it is. "Fatima get up somebody at the door and I know it's some shit you ordered so go get it" "really Zac, baby come on I'm tired and I have all of 2 more hours of sleep. Pllllllleeeeeaaaaasssseee daddy. Yo baby don't wanna get up either" Fatima said laughing a little cracking her eye to see if it worked. "Tima too soon baby get yo fine self up, come on I'll go wit you" "then baby you can go alone" Fatima said whining but getting up "Get up Zac and come on because if this shit heavy you carrying it" "Aight bae here I come let me pee" Fatima walks downstairs and waits until she sees Zac at the top of the stairs and she opens the door. Looking down first thinking it was an Amazon package she looked towards the driveway..... "Zaaaaccc thank you baby I love it" Zac had Mercedes deliver her a 2022 G-Class AMG G Wagon. She'd been eye balling it for months now. Devon just sped the process up. Nigga thought trashing some cars was stopping something it really just made them laugh and more annoyed. Money would never be an issue between the two, if Zac didn't have it Tima did so he really just made matters worst for himself. "You like it?" "You know I love it and you got it the exact way I wanted" she walks over to give him a kiss. "You Lucky you fine wit all that morning breath" "shut up Nigga it ain't as bad as yours" smiling checking out her new car. "I'm glad you like it gorgeous" "I do but this just replaces the car. Devon has got to" "IIIIIII. GOOTTTT. IIITTTT" Zac said picking her up off her feet and back into the house. "You better have it or you gon be single my guy" "Tima stop playin you couldn't leave me if I gave you the legs to walk out my life" laughing because he was telling the truth "Yea whatever now what you want for breakfast" "you" Zac said wrapping his arms around her from behind "Un uh potnah! Breakfast then work I got court and meetings" smacking his lips and rolled his eyes "oop boy, i know you fuckin lyin....Fatima touches her stomach and whispers. Looks like you got two mommies baby" "keep playin Tima Aight keep it up" he said laughing throwing a tiny piece of balled up paper at her. They sit and eat talking about the baby and potential names. Fatima decides against a gender reveal she is happy with just a baby shower. They get prepared for work. Zac leaves first he has an early interview for a new lawyer. He comes highly qualified and recommended. Devon's last day is today but before the news is broken to him Zac has something else set up for him. Zac makes in and begins his interview. He can tell the guy is nervous so he decides to take it a little easier on him. The interview ended and Zac offered him the job. "Well that'll be all it was nice meeting you and I look forward to all the great things I know you'll bring to the organization Marquell." Zac said reaching out to shake his hand. "Likewise I knew I had to come in here on my A game, I'm glad you took a chance on me. Lord knows how many interviews I've been on and turned away by them white folks because of my background" he said dropping his head "don't I know it but we all good, welcome to the team." "Appreciate it aye and can you just call me Murdock, Marquell sound like I'm in trouble or some shit" Zac laughed because he hated being called Zachary. He and Murdock clicked he seemed like the perfect fi for where he was trying to take the organization. Calling him Murdock wouldn't be a problem around formal guest either being that it was his last name. As they were just talking about the job and letting one another in on a personal level; Troy, Dre, Marcus and Demetrius walked in. 

"Aight Murdock have a seat right outside I'll have somebody up in a minute to show you around and fill you in" Zac said

"Aight thanks again" Murdock said turning to the door

Noticing familiar faces they stopped in their tracks. "Murdock? Nigga what the fuck you doin here?" Demetrius asked "shiiiid a job" he replied dapping and hugging Demetrius at the same time. "Aaaawwwww shit you two niggas bout to give the NBA world hell" Zac never spoke he listened to the exchange taking it all in. If it was one thing about Zac he payed attention to every detail, he never moved off impulse and he never made rash decisions. From what he gathered he and Murdock would do good business especially if it came down to covering his ass in an accidental illegal matter. "Damn Troy wassup, you made it outta Morehouse on top I see" Murdock now speaking to Troy. "Yeah man thanks to you and a few other niggas, cuz I woulda never believed coming from where we did I'd make it and be successful" Troy said "Aight but ima let y'all get to Mr. Taylor I'll be outside" "just Zac man just Zac and alright Devon will be up momentarily to show you around" Murdock nodded and left the office closing the door behind him.
