Part 11:a curious Pikachu

When Chloe returns at home,she found her mother preparing the dinner.
"Mum,Mum.Look at what we found. This Pikachu seems to be hurt".
Her mother turns towards her and asked Empoleon to give a look at the Pikachu.
"Yes,this Pikachu has a lot of injuries.Leave it to me,i'll put bandages on him for cover the injuries and i'll give him the potions. With a good rest he'll feels better,i hope".
"Thank you mum.Please put him in my room so me and Empoleon will give him a look in the case he'll waked up".
"OK,dear".
The day after,Chloe is ready to go to school.Empoleon give a look at the Pikachu and he'll already sleeping.
"He really don't want to wake..."
She doesn't make in time to finish her phrase that Pikachu open his eyes. He watched around him for understand where he is.
"Hello Pikachu,how are you?"
Pikachu give a look at Chloe but he's already afraid of what happened to him yesterday.He start to crackle his cheeks with electricity and he seems ready to use Thunderbolt.Empoleon is ready to protect Chloe from it with Steel Wing.
"No wait Empoleon,Attacking him isn't the right way for calm him down".
After this,Pikachu stopped,give a look behind him and saw that he has some bandages around his abdomn.
"Pi...Pika"
"We found you unconscious near our house and we pick up you for sace you".
"Pika...Pikapi.Pikachu..."
No,no need to excuse.Seems that you're feeling better".
She picked up Pikachu and put him on her legs.
"Chuuuu...."Pikachu seems happy to be cherished.
"Chloe,are you ready?We have to go now..."
Her mother enter her room but when she saw Pikachu her eyes began to shine.
"Oh my...you're so cute.I'm really happy that Chloe saves you".
"Mum,we've to go".
"Yes,you're right.Empoleon please take care of Pikachu until our return,ok?
Empoleon nodded.Chloe gives Pikachu to Empoleon.
"Pika..Pikapi?"
"Don't worry.When i return i'll continue to cherish you.See you later".
Once Chloe has left the house,Empoleon is ready to follow her at school.Pikachu is looking to him with curiosity.
"You,come with me.We can wait Chloe's return together".
"W-what?"
Empoleon picked up Pikachu and jump from the window.Then start running towards the school.Once they reached the school,Empoleon put down Pikachu and await on his usual place.
"You can wait here.Don't run away from there,you're already injured".
Pikachu looked to Empoleon with an angry face but stayed in silence. After some minutes,he heard a strange noise and decide to follow it.Empoleon noticed it and follow Pikachu.
Sadly,the noise was a group of angry Zangoose that are attacking another Pokémon.Pikachu decide to intervene and attack the Zangoose with a Thunderbolt.
"Oh no,not again"Empoleon said in his mind while the Zangoose turn around and decide to attack Pikachu.Pikachu uses Thunderbolt but the Zangoose avoid it and used Slash on Pikachu,destroying the bandages.Pikachu fall on the ground while Zangoose are ready to attack again. Empoleon protect Pikachu and used Rock Smash on each Zangoose.
"Pikachu,go away now"
"B-but,you...."
"Go away.It's my fault if now we're in this situation.Chloe won't apologize me if she saw you hurt again.Go away".
Pikachu knows that it's only his fault if now he's hurt again. He didn't have to disobey.While the three Zangoose are ready to attack Empoleon with Drain Punch,Pikachu jump on Empoleon's back,go in the air and launch his most powerful attack,Thunder,that hits the Zangoose and fainted.Then they run away.
"Pikachu,you protect me"
Pikachu turns towards Empoleon"no,you protect me.Without you and your human friend i won't be here.You saved me two times.Thank you,penguin friend".
"I did it only for make Chloe happy.But you're welcome,rat.Now we've to return to school for wait Chloe".
"Can i stay on your head?I love it,it's so soft and warm,please....".
Empoleon was unhappy about it but,since he's injured again,he accepted it."Ok,but only today".
After this,Pikachu jumps on Empoleon's back and sits down on his head.
Out of the school,Chloe found Empoleon with Pikachu on his head. Without doing questions,both returned at home.
At home,Chloe's mother was surprised that Empoleon has Pikachu on him without being afraid of getting electrified.
"Mum,can we keep Pikachu with us? Seems that both Empoleon and Pikachu becomes friends now"
"Sure.I'm happy that Empoleon isn't the only non-human of the family so he won't feels alone".
Pikachu is so happy about it that start to jump all over the house for the happiness until falling on Chloe's legs.
Without knowing it,now Chloe has a new Pokémon to use for the Pokkén Tournament.
