Chapter 21

"What to do, what to do?" I sat upside down on the couch. Sadly Lauren had to leave to go back home yesterday, but Alice gets to stay. "I don't know, this is the first time we've never not known what to do!" she said from beside me, laying in the same position. I laughed as one of the Tour makeup and hair artists, Leila, walked in. "Hello beautiful!" I yelled, feeling dizzy. "Oh my gosh" she laughed, "this is going on Twitter" she pulled out her phone and took a picture of us. She captioned it "when their boyfriends are working, they don't know how to act." I laughed, "I think it's the other way around, Lei". The boys just went on stage and we had nothing else to do. "Okay, what're we gonna do tonight?" She said sitting beside me. "Movies?" Alice asked. We were in mine and calums room so I ran to the bedroom and got the king sized comforter off the bed. We all sat on the couch with the comforter around us and I put on a Disney movie. Not even 10 minutes into it Leila was passed out. "You awake?" Alice said quietly. "Yeah, wanna go throw stuff at the boys on stage?" I asked as I stood up. She nodded and we walked downstairs to the garage and entered to the entrance of the concert hall. I went into the cafeteria and grabbed a fruit basket that had apples, pears, bananas, and oranges. Alice grabbed some more fruit and we went to the side of the stage. Calum had his back towards me and Ashton was too busy trying to find a non broken drumstick to realize we were standing there. I saw Alice on the opposite side of the stage and she nodded as if to say go. With that I picked up an orange pelting it at Calum, hitting him in his thigh. "Fuck!" He screamed before covering his mouth causing everyone in the seats to bust out laughing. "I mean ouch, who the hell threw an orange?!" He asked, not even thinking it was me. I took this chance to throw a banana at Ashton. "God! It's raining fruit!" He looked up to see where it was coming from then he came in direct eye contact with me. "Delaney?" He looked at me and the crowd erupted in screams, Calum turned quickly at the sound of my name. "Shit! Alice!!" Mikey rubbed his forehead as she laughed. She has thrown a rubber spatula at him. Luke looked so lost as he turned towards me then back at Alice. I picked up an apple and threw it at him, he tried to catch it but missed and it hit him right in the gut. Calum smirked and I picked up another orange and threw it at him, but he caught it. He looked at me and then threw it, but I ducked out of the way. When I stood back up I saw him running towards me, I picked up the basket and tossed it at him, catching him off guard and causing him to fall. I busted out laughing as I felt a hand on my shoulder I saw Alice out of breath, "Mikey. Luke. After. Me" she ran onto stage, jumping over Calum. I ran after her, but when I went to jump over Calum he grabbed my feet and brought me tumbling to the floor. I was laughing and he was too, he laid across me holding me down. "Eeeew! You smell like a wet dog" I gagged, the microphone somehow picked it up and everyone laughed. "OH DO I?!" He rubbed his body all over mine and I screamed, while still laughing. "You're so rude!" I heard Alice yell and she walked out soaking wet and Mikey had a cup in his hand. "What's going on?" Luke said still confused. "Hi babe" he smiled down at me before quickly kissing my cheek causing and eruption of awes. He stood up and helped me to my feet. I ran up to the microphone, "Hey guys!" I was cut off by screams, "this is so cool!" I said to Cal, pointing to the crowd. "You're so weird" he laughed. "Whatever, mr. I'm a rockstar" I continued, "anyways, sorry for interrupting but we were bored" I laughed. Then Alice and I ran off stage to the cafeteria to chill for the next hour. I sat in the seat and Alice sat across from me. "Dude, CalaneyMaliceROWYSO is trending" she showed me her phone. I laughed as I went thru the photos saving any cute ones of me And Cal. After about 20 minutes the boys came running in and grabbed all the food they could. I hadn't been on snapchat in a while so I pulled it up to see I had tons of more followers and thousands of pics and videos. I cleared my stuff cause I wasn't about to go thru all of them and went to the story page. "FUCK! Let go!" Mikey screamed as Ashton fought him over a slice of pizza. Alice and I watched in amusement. "Hey, cutie!" Calum said as he pecked my cheek and sat down next to me. I pulled up my snapchat and acted like I was taking a picture of us but it was really a video. Calum had his cheek pressed to mine and he was cheesing after about two seconds I started laughing and he yelled out "HEY! It's a video!" I was rolling over in my chair from laughing so hard. He got up and moved to the chair across from me where Alice once was sitting. She had gone to break up the fight. "You're mean" Calum crossed his arms and pouted. I took a picture of him and drew a heart around it before putting it on snapchat. "I love you!" I leaned forward so only he could hear it. Calum smiled and leaned forward, too. He kissed me and then pulled away to say "I love you more" which as always I replied with " I love you most". "I think since you love Disney so much," my smile perked at the words, "that we should go there when we go to Florida". The instant memories of my parents and my volleyball career came to mind. I felt the tears in my eyes, I stood up really quick and ran out. I heard Calum yelling from behind me, but I kept running; straight towards our room. I unlocked the door and ran to the bedroom, I plopped down and let the tears fall onto the pillow. I felt a hand on my back, "baby, please tell me what's wrong." He pulled me into his lap and cradled me. "My parents" I cried even harder. "I'm so sorry baby! I should've never sa-" I cut him off. "It wasn't you" I said softly, "it was just the thought of Florida." He kissed the top of my head, "Sweetie, they would've wanted you to be happy, not like this". I nodded and Calum wiped the tears off my face, "I'm so lucky to have you" I wrapped my arms around his neck. "I think its the other way around babe." I smiled and pecked his lips. "Now, about Disney?" I asked, he laughed "we will talk about it when I get out of my shower, okay?" I nodded, "good cause you smell like a weenie" he rolled his eyes and walked into the bathroom. After about 10 minutes, he came out only wearing a pair of underwear and laid beside me. I laid my head on his bare chest and started drawing things with my finger as he rubbed my back and continued about Disney. "What if we got married at Disney?" He asked and I jumped up. "Really?!" He chuckled and nodded. "YES! That's my dream!!" He smiled "I know, that's why I said it". I kissed his lips over and over "yes! Yes! Yes!" I said in-between kisses. He laughed and continued rubbing my back until I fell asleep.
