Chapter Twenty Seven - New Adjustments

Mickayla push her suitcases into her sister's house. She was in pain but that did not stop her from admiring her sister's laundrious apartment. It was two bedroom house with a furnished kitchen and bathroom. She was lead to her room where there was a bed and a dresser. She looked back to her sister in awe

Shanice laughed.
"Yuh sure it's ok?"

There was a ping on Mickayla's phone, it was one ping then two pings and then three pings.

"Yea."
"Di Aaron guy?"
"Yea."
"Mi can si how him look?"
Mickayla search for a picture and show it to Shanice. She looked at the picture for one minute without saying a word.
She started saying, " I'm 26, I'm 26."
Mickayla looked at her puzzled.

Mickayla smiled.
"Him really ave gonorrhea?"

Shanice exit the room, heading to the kitchen.

As she pack, her phone started ringing. She answered it without looking, by the voice, she realize that it was Aaron.
"Baby."
"Yes."
"Let me see you."
Mickayla take up the phone.
"So sorry."
"Fi wah?"
"Yuh face an sickness."
"Aaron."
"Com like mi a reck yuh life."
"Aaron."
"So sorry."
"Shut no my yout."
"Mi a apologize."

Aaron add no more words to his sentence.

"A di same community but different street."

Shanice walked into the room.

She look and noticed that Mickayla had her phone in her hand.

Shanice stopped at the door.

She give the phone to her sister. Shanice looked at the phone in shock.

"You are the bigger version of Mickayla."

She give Mickayla the phone.

Aaron watched her smile in admiration, her smile was too captivating to even say anything that would spoil the smile that she was wearing.
