Five straight days!

For five days both Shashank and Sharanya didn't know in which world they were living!

Shashank was completely under Naveen's spell. Sharanya already was and didn't doubt a single word Naveen uttered.

So as a consequence, Shashank and Sharanya agreed to Naveen's suggestions.. They decided to do everything that Naveen had told them will get them more close to darkness..

They smoked joints, they participated in meditation routines. In morning they would meditate by closing their eyes and feeling like they're in the world of darkness. At afternoon they'd dance till they couldn't breath anymore and would feel close to darkness and at night they did what Naveen told them was the purest form of Meditation.. They'd have sex!

Shashank and Sharanya had forgotten that there exists a world outside. They were so engrossed in each other and in love of darkness that nothing else mattered. It didn't matter that they were living away from their friends, it didn't matter that they were cheating on Riva and were betraying everyone they had in their lives.

Every time they had sex, Shashank would go on a guilt trip but it still didn't stop him from making that same decision again and again. Sharanya, with each time, was falling in love with him. For her their union was getting more and more intimate every time!

Shashank was happy that he could finally feel everything that other people feels..

It was one of those times when he was feeling guilty.. Drugs was making him hazy and he felt like it had been eternity since he saw Riva.. He tried a lot but couldn't picture her face.. This scared him and he felt a knot in his stomach.

Shashank was sitting on ground, his back was resting on end of the bed. Sharanya was lying on bed, under the sheets. She saw him panicking.

"We have to go back" Shashank said "We have been here for eternity Sharanya"

"Shashank.. It's been five days.. Calm down" Sharanya said.

He was looking disturbed so she changed her position, came near the end of the bed, laid on her stomach and wrapped her arms around his neck from back.

"Shashank it's okay.. I know you go through something which is not known to me" Sharanya said "Par Iss sab me hum dono sath hai.. We're together.."

Shashank didn't react.

"Okay.. Close your eyes" She kept her palms on his eyes "What do you see?"

"Darkness" Shashank said.

"You see darkness.. But do you feel him?" Sharanya asked.

"I do" Shashank said.

"Okay.. I am closing my eyes too.. We'll both try to see across.. See into the world of darkness. We'll see how our lives will be" Sharanya said.

Sharanya closed her eyes too.

Shashank felt his head spinning because of the drugs. He kept concentrating on a point between his eyebrows.. That's how Naveen had taught them.

What did he want? Perfect life, peaceful life? Of course he did! But did he want to be alone in it?

Not at all!

Shashank, in that darkness, could see someone.. A figure, a silhouette.. Who was it? He furrowed his brows.

"Shashank" He heard a voice in his head and he recognised it.. It was Riva's voice.

Shashank was happy.. It was Riva! Riva was there.. That silhouette was Riva..

"Riva" Shashank said.

That silhouette turned and looked at him. It came forward and Shashank could clearly see who it was.
