It had been a week since Riva, Rachit, Shashank and Sharanya were living in society's weird house. Riva wondered how was it so dark even in daylight. It was spooky and eerie. In these four days she had understood that something is really off. It wasn't just drugs or meditation... Naveen was teaching them practices.. Something different, something she had never seen.

Rachit was wondering why and how Naveen let him and Riva stay there to witness everything. All the meetings, except the top secret ones were happening in front of them like they were regular visitors.. Like they were important members! Shashank and Sharanya had to go through so much to get to this position where they were allowed to be an insider but Riva and Rachit were just welcomed without anything.

Riva and Rachit had to be very careful. They avoided sitting in those groups to keep themselves away from the drug smoke. They were watching, observing and were making notes of everything. They were not invited inside tgose top secret meetings but they had seen everyone who were attending them.. Who were in this so called cult, all the famous people, all the important people.

They knew everything but tricky part was that they weren't able to pass this information because cell phones weren't working, there was no electricity and they weren't allowed to go out!

Rachit immediately started regretting his decision of agreeing to this condition Naveen had put forth. When Riva asked if Rachit could also stay then Naveen put forth a condition. He said that Rachit could stay only if they agree to not to leave the house until their exam starts.

Riva and Rachit wanted to gather proofs so they agreed. They started living there. They had ten whole days to gather evidences and a week had already been wasted. It wasn't like they didn't had chance to collect something but it was more like they didn't had means to collect it. Their phones were dead, they had no contact and Rachit had brought a camera with him which he couldn't use because everything was so dark that If he tried to capture something secretly the flash of the camera would give him away!

But they were still trying. Shashank and Sharanya weren't talking to each other. Shashank was studying but Sharanya, who was by the way, brightest of them all, wasn't even bothered about exams. She was giving them because everyone was forcing her.

"Do you think she'll pass?" Shashank asked to Rachit.

"She will.. Remember she studies whole semester.. Hamare jaisa nahi ki aakhri ke dus din padhai karo" Rachit said.

Riva came there. She had a book in her hands and was looking frustrated.

"My eyes are straining" Riva shouted "It's like we decided to time travel to 1856.. Studying in fu*king candlelight, no electricity, no phone"

"Tell me Shashank.. Does this place have a postal address?" Rachit asked "I mean what if we want to contact humans?"

Riva giggled. Shashank made a poker face. Sharanya came there and everyone became quiet.

Sharanya smiled "Sab shant kyu ho gaye?"

Riva turned her back towards Sharanya and ignored her. Shashank felt uneasy in her presence so he kept quiet.

"Because we are studying. Hum shant hi hai" Rachit said.

"I am also studying.. Are you guys done with any subject? I mean I have notes.. Sare subjects ke If you want help" Sharanya asked.

"You're studying? When?" Shashank asked.

"Everyday.." Sharanya was confused.

"So you go into those top secret meetings where we are not allowed and study?" Shashank asked.
