9 - Dawn of Faith

"BRO! YOU OKAY?!" Jorden asked once he woke up once again after being knocked down that almost felt like...days, shouting for his friend who was knocked down.

He had noticed Kiro was not moving. Jorden's eyes widened in fear for his friend's life. Blood was pooling from underneath them both. Jorden's eyes went wide. He hoped it was not true. He quickly climbed over his partner to check for his pulse. Yes! There was still pulse but Kiro was still unconconscience. Jorden took off his own shirt to use it as bandage for Kiro's wounds. To wipe them clean and to wrap it around the biggest wound he could find. He searched for a wound, and there it was. At the core of Kiro's body was a huge one. A huge, metal pipe debris protruded from his abdomen. Jorden winced and cringed at the gorey sight in front of him. In panick, he was about to remove the pipe from where it was plunged at, but was stopped by Donatello and April. They were just passing by because the specific sewer they were looking for was a just right up ahead, but then two weird looking dudes came crashing right in front of them. April and Donnie looked to the top right of them but saw nothing out of the ordinary. looking back at Jorden, his state and his friend's states were THAT bad.

Two dark shadows trailed over Jorden's shaken and panicked figure. The purple hooded figure then spoke in his most hushed and calm yet venomous voice and said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you." This made Jorden look up from what he was doing. He was too blurry eyed when he tried to see through his tears, to meet their gaze, "P-Please...help my friend..." He pleaded, with blood in his hands due to attempting to cleaning up his friend's wounds.

"How can we help?" April asked when she was about to approach him. Unfortunately, Donatello stopped her.

"Donnie, what are you doing! I gotta help them!" April replied bashfully, as she tried to get out of Donatello's strong grip and resist him. Alas, he prevailed. April finally gave in and pouted.

"April, I don't know if we should help them...I don't even trust them, for some reason."

When Jorden heard this, he got ticked off. He gritted his teeth, curled his hands into balls of fists, his eyes glaring daggers at the purple hooded figure whilst crying. He then walked slowly towards them both, stopping midway and said with deep breaths and a gravilly voice, "If your friend over here was in his state, I'm sure you would try your very best to get her help!" He said eyeing April. April was uncomfortable with that. but then Donatello put out his arm infront of her letting Jorden's gaze fall on Donatello himself.

"I assure you she's in good hands," Donatello replied then walked even closer to Jorden as if they were going to kiss, "But what you fail to understand, is that you have said the name of a supposed to be dead, Fae Hale." He smirked as his eyes went half-lidded, knowing that this day and time would soon appear to rub it at his brothers' faces, that he was right all along. This lowered Jorden's defensive state and had a very shocked look on his face.

"Y-You know her? You know Fae? T-Take me to--"

But Jorden was cut off by an angry Donatello grabbing at his collar squinting at Jorden suspiciously, along with April gasping at the mention of that name, "You're coming with us. But after we are done with you, you are leaving and never come back. Leave new York, got that?!" He snarled, and Jorden could only nod speechlessly.

Once they went back to the lair, his brothers laid in wait for Donatello to come into the lair safe and sound, hence the tv that played in the background. Leo was just reading his Jupiter Jim comic but could not concentrate. Mikey tried to do his usual skateboard but was concerned for his purple turtle brother. Raph tried to stay strong, but was about to crack underneath the pressure of being the oldest brother as his big brother stink almost became apparent, until the door revealed their long awaited brother, Donnie. But the Donnie that the doors presented wasn't the usual cheery Donnie, as well as April. They both walked in and threw a pair of blindfolded, tied up guys; one with makeshift bandages and the other was injured in his stomach core, his hands and feet. Leo, Raph and Mikey looked at their purple brother as if he was a maniac which made Master Splinter and Draxum come out of each of their rooms.
