Huginn, Muninn, and I, came to the Nexus hotel quite swimmingly with Cassandra brave enough to help me out in the wild, where mutants or some other people may have jumped or taken me. To be honest, I have never came up this close to standing in front of the best Battle Nexus building before, so this was a first.

"Now, Vira remember our training and don't you dare forget me!" Cassandra told me sternly, holding me firmly. To which I nodded to, right away.

"Thanks Cassandra," I softly beamed at her and hugged her desperately.

"No problem, girl! Now, be safe!" Cassandra says with a low chuckle, "You're all I have to a very close friend ya know?" She slowly shrugged with minimum tears in her eyes. With a small, knowing wave of her hand, she turned and walked away, leaving me with a small smile on my face.

Huginn and Muninn came on my shoulders, perching themselves there. They looked at me and as if I were a sun, they cringed and winced at me. I felt questioning eyes on me and when I turned to my two, small, black gargoyle friends with red eyes, I looked back at them.

"What?" I asked, turning around to face the building once again and started walking towards it.

"Wow, close friend, huh?" Huginn replied with short scoff.

"Hey! She's trying..." I told him, looking over my shoulder holding a crooked smile at him.

"Uh-uh, if she did, then she should have hugged us too, you know?" Muninn asked with a suggestion.

"Eh, I still see that as trying," I replied monotonously, but with a smirk and rolled my eyes.

I finally sauntered inside and took a look around the amazing hotel. Everything was well kept and tidy. Immaculate. Yellow walls almost like I've entered royalty. The red carpet laid out in front of me, as if it was paving the way towards my dreamed destiny. Yet, I still felt weird for some reason. I still kept my guard up. No wonder why Cassandra told me that it'd feel dangerous entering here. But now, it was too late to go back now. Besides, there are people who are on to me, so I will have to keep a low profile for now.

I pulled my hoodie atop my head and walked up towards the reception table, as an owl-looking bellhop walked past me and suspiciously stared at me while at it. I nervously looked at him and waved. I could feel my flushed cheeks rising with embarrassment.

Huginn noticed, and stared the owl down with squinted eyes holding a disgusted expression, "Woah, what's his problem-" Then it clicked, "Wait, Muninn...doesn't this place look...familiar to you?"

"Oh yeah...it does look like we are in, territorial grounds..." Muninn replied sounding like some sort of henchmen already stating the obvious.

I sighed, glancing down trying not to get too much attention towards myself. What came next was something. I didn't know. That my friends were here...running this hotel.

"Hey, excuse--" My words were hitched at my throat, "U-Uma? Eisa?" I asked with wide eyes looking at them with a surprised look and confusion. Instead, Huginn and Muninn perked up their heads in surprise.

"Wait...aren't those your friends from Eastland University?" Muninn asked with his jaw almost hitting the floor.

All of a sudden I felt nervous. My friends were working for Big Mama all this time? I gotta be careful! Uma and Eisa looked up from their gadgets. Their reactions were so different.

"AGH! Who are you?" Uma reacted, as she jumped up from off her seat when she saw the two black gargoyle, since she thought they were shoulder pads. Her olive face went pale as if she had just seen a ghost.

Typing studiously on her computer, Eisa asked, "And how do you know our--" Once she laid her eyes on me she recognized my face and gasped and pushed back her chair and ran around the table and tackled me in a hug, scaring the two gargoyles to fly on their own wings.
