H,

Watching Zayn leave with Liam hurt deep in my heart. I hated to see Zayn drive away from me. It was like he was taking a piece of my heart with him. I walked back to the bakery, entering through the back door - I felt so empty of life, of everything.

After a wonderful night, where we talked, kissed, and shared, amazing sex and my morning session, I felt empty. I stopped in the kitchen looking down at my shoes, fighting the tears coming to my eyes. What an idiot! I was going to see him later today, but I felt like I was never going to see him again.

"Arry," I heard Antonio's voice calling me. I looked up to see him standing by the counter with flour in his hands. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," I replied, taking a deep breath. I swallowed my tears, pushing the ridiculous need of crying down. "I am."

"Do you want to touch some bread? It can help, eh?"

"No," I replied with a smile. "No need. Thank you, though."

"Hey, whatever it is, it will be over soon, okay?"

"It's not a big problem. It's just me being a twat with too many feelings."

"No, no, no" Antonio argued, shaking one finger covered in flour. "Feelings are feelings. If you have them, share them. It's good. It's to heal."

"Have you ever missed someone you felt you were going to die, even though you were just with them?"

"Yes," He replied massaging the dough on the counter. "But it doesn't kill me. Nor will it kill you. Love conquers all."

"I think it's a bit too soon to be talking about love, Antonio."

"If you miss them so much, you're about to die," The pastry Chef looked up at me with a gigantic smile. "Then it's amore, Arry."

I smiled at him.

"Thank you."

Breathing deeply, I walked to the front of the bakery. The best way to relieve me from any anxiety or pain was to work. Zayn was going to be there in the afternoon, we would talk, I'd seen him and tomorrow I'd be with him all day. I'd have him to myself.

I found Mrs Levi and Mrs O talking by the counter.

"Morning, Harry." Mrs Levi greeted me with a smile.

"Morning, Mrs Levi," I responded. Looking at Mrs O'Leary, I could see that the tough lady was not very pleased with me. When Zayn fainted, and I felt the need to go to him, I came up with some bullshit excuse to leave right away with Liam, go pick up Niall and together rode to the Centre.

My excuse? That my mother needed some made-up medication she'd left at the house. It wasn'0t the perfect excuse because my mother is the picture of health, so the fact that I was pushing the narrative of this mysterious medicine she needed was just plain stupid - especially, having in mind that everyone knew my mother and, if she was sick, it would be everyone's knowledge. People were just nosy like that. The nurses loved to come to the bakery and chat about who was sick and who wasn't. It was ridiculous.

"How's your mother?" Mrs O' asked with an arched eyebrow and pursed lips. I walked behind the counter, took my jacket off and placed it beneath it. "Did she get her pills?"

"I gave them to her, yes. Thank you for asking."

"Then, why didn't you come back?" Mrs O asked right away. I froze a little. True. Not only did I lie and left, but I didn't come back to work. I spent the night with Zayn. So, my lie was becoming a bit transparent. "If it was just to give the pills to your mother, you'd go and then return, correct?"
