·˚· ͟͟͞͞꒰➳ THOMAS WATSON, OR BETTER KNOWN AS..., chapter IV

Now that Dream and Alyssa had finally pushed into their real first day at Cellmoor, the first call of action was to have breakfast... At seven am. Which was an insane time to be awake, Dream thought. He wasn't sure if Alyssa could say the same, but he had skipped dinner the night before so that he could get a longer rest before his first day. Before he did fall asleep, however, he had received a new and improved timetable from Miss Nihachu, showing that he was finally in the classes that he had asked for.

He had met his sister already in the cafeteria and had grabbed his food before finding a table with her. Neither of them had gone out and willingly made some friends, so their only option was to sit alone at the ends of one of the dining surfaces. Both of their trays had a beautiful selection of food laid out on top of them, as well as a glass of water to pair nicely with both of their meals. They had both grabbed the exact same thing from the counter: Two slices of buttered toast, a sugar waffle, and a hash brown. The glass of water that they had both received was not optional.

"Did you go to the dinner last night?" Dream queried, taking a bite of his toast and looking at the girl sat opposite to him.

"Nah," she shook her head, mirroring his action. "I was too tired to, dude."

"Yeah, same." He murmured in a nod. "Did nobody tell you off for it?"

"No..." She trailed off, furrowing her brows as she looked up at him from her breakfast tray. "Why, did you get told off for it?"

"Well, no. I was just wondering." Dream shrugged. "Not showing up to eat food sounds like something that would be against the rules in this place."

"No, it's not. I read all of the rules last night."

"Wait- You actually read them all? Didn't (Y/n) list them all off?" He sat up in his seat, a little taken aback by the fact that Alyssa had actually taken the liberty to read them all again. He figured that (Y/n) must have told them all that they needed to know, but that apparently wasn't the case.

"She listed a lot of them, but there's so much more useless shit in there. I felt death crawling further on my skin with every new sentence that I read." Alyssa shuddered as she went back to remember what she had seen. "Did you know that you're not allowed colourful makeup? If a person's eyeshadow is anything other than a nude colour, they could get a detention." She scoffed, dropping the crusts of her toast back onto her plate as she picked up the second slice to eat.

"That seems excessive." He murmured.

"You're telling me."

"There's so much unecessary rules." She continued, obviously a little frustrated by the limitations. "Not only are visible tattoos not allowed, but if you're caught with any tattoos, you could get in serious trouble."

"Really?" His head immediately shot up with a little bit of concern in his eyes."Even if you can't see them with your uniform on?"

"Yes, seriously." Her voice dropped as she leaned in to sternly whisper at her brother. "Dream, if anyone sees your tattoo, then you're done for." She looked around while speaking, trying to make sure that nobody was listening to their conversation.

"Nobody's gonna see it. If someone does end up seeing it, then I'll just call them out for being a creep because you can't see it through my uniform." He just shrugged, itching the part of his shirt that hid his tattoo on his collarbone.
