"Is that all?" I ask in sheer boredom.

"OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR, CELINE!" Wilhelm yells beside me; banging on the bathroom door.

"Who was that?" Ryler asks instead.

"A lunatic. Now why would your mom want to know who I'm picking up from the airport?"

I felt as though I had no obligation to tell him who Will and Celine were or where I was.

"I have no idea. You should ask her yourself- I'm just a messenger and deliverer. So, your answer?" His sounded as if he was running out patience.

"That's funny... if Fayne wanted to know- she would've called me herself. She does have my number after all." I state matter-of-factly and he sighs.

"Fine then. Don't answer the question." I can imagine his dramatic eye roll. "There's another reason why I called-"

"Is it a real reason, Ryler? Or just another curious fake one?"

"I'm not gonna answer that." He says in a polite tone before continuing. "I just wanted to let you know; that both of our dads want us to meet them at Taylors Enterprises after they release me from the hospital."

"And how long's that gonna take? Forever?"

"See you then, Ayla."

He hangs up.

Why would my dad and Darren want to talk to us? I mean, it's a world record to not have fought in a while for Ryler and I but fighting is the only reason my mind can come up with, as to why they want to see us.

I don't even want to begin thinking about the reason why Ryler asked the first rhetorical question when he called.

He's so annoying.

"Hello, room service? Hi! Uh- do you guys have a key for the bathroom? My sister locked herself inside and doesn't know how to unlock the door." I hear Will say over the phone while guarding the bathroom door in hopes that the 15 year old girl will come out and surrender. "Excellent. Thanks. See you soon."

He turns towards the bathroom door with an evil grin. "HA-HA SHAME; YOU 15 YEAR OLD TWELVIE! YOU THOUGHT I WAS DUMB ENOUGH TO NOT HAVE A BACKUP PLAN?! HAND OVER YOUR PHONE OR STAY IN THERE UNTIL I GET THIS DOOR OPENED!"

No reply came from Celine, as the other side of the door went quiet, making Will smirk in victory thinking he won this battle.

By the time the receptionist came to unlock the door for us; Will felt even more victorious to have unlocked the door- but felt utter defeat when he found that his sister was not inside the bathroom.

Though, the air vent was wide open.

"Hmm- so she'd rather go through a movie gimmick escape rather than give up her phone. Definitely a typical daughter of the 21st century and definitely your sister, Wilhelm." I state in amusement.

Will, on the other hand frustrates himself further by simply saying:

"Fuck."
