"Where were you?" Moine clung onto me as soon as she saw me and I giggle nervously.

"I had to do something for that green ferret so he won't tell on us."

"What did he make you do?"

" Nothing serious ,just help him do the things he can't do with his broken arm"

"He didn't make you go to his room and-"

"I never did anything involved with touching him!" I quickly interrupted Ron's dirty mind and stared at him with wide eyes.

Moine slapped his shoulder and Harry laughs with Ginny. "You and that mind of yours Ron" He chuckles and Ron just shrugged.

We chatted a bit on the way and I suddenly bumped into a firm chest. He was so damn tall ,I break my whole ass neck to look at his face.

I didn't recognize him ,but the others did.

"Oh hello,professor Slughorn!" Harry panicks and I widen my eyes.

A teacher?! I'm fucked!

"Ms Evans ..am I right? You and Mr Potter shouldn't be here as far as I know.. and Malfoy neither.."

Suddenly I got an idea that may help me.

"Malfoy is sitting in the three broomsticks with his friends , if you're searching for him" Surely if I tell on someone ,my punishment wouldn't be as harsh right? Potter always gets away with it ,but I had to save myself.

"Stay here and when I've collected him ,we'll see what punishment we'll give you"

I sighed..plan failed.

I told the others to go and I would catch up so I waited in the cold ass snow ,while Malfoy came back with Slughorn.

We arrived back in Hogwarts and went directly to the infirmary ,where Madame Pomfrey ,Prof.Macgonagall and Dumbledore were waiting.

I gulped. I've never been in so much trouble before and was now trembling in fear. Hogwarts is an unpredictable place. Who knows what remains of my body.

Madame Pomfrey came up to us and grabbed Malfoy by the ear. She pulled him to the bed at the very end and grabbed her kit ,while I talked with Dumbledore.

"Y/n you're a great student.." He started and I dropped my head. I was kinda nervous and ashamed,but he smiled. " I hope you don't hate me if I told you to take care of Malfoy for a week"

My face lit up and I thanked him a thousand times.
He laughed and we talked it out.

"Your 'punishment' starts now" He clears his throat and I needed time to process that. I realized that I coudln't spend the weekend with my friends and frowned.

They left and I slumped on the seat next to Malfoy's bed.

"What?" He raised a brow ,clearly confused and I sighed.

"Guess who's your babysitter for a week?" I faked my enthusiasm and his eyes went dark.

"Tell me you're joking"

"You think I wanted this?" I scoffed and he frowned.

"What happened to you?!" Ginny hugs me and I smiled as I reach the dorms.

"I got a punishment..helping Malfoy for a week"

"With his-"

"Ginny don't turn into your brother" I roll my eyes and she giggles.

"I was gonna say broken arm"

My face went bright red and I just face planted myself on the bed.

"Just go to bed ,Don't worry ,we will get you the notes you need" Moine reassured me and I was able to sleep peacefully till the next morning.
