"Good evening Mr. And Mrs.Malfoy" I bowed slightly and Narcissa smiled as Lucius raised a brow.

"This is your date?" Lucius was scary yes but never THIS scary.
"And she's a Gryffindor.." He sounded dissapointed. That was probably Draco's goal.

"You look lovely darling" Narcissa pressed my arm motherly and smiled. I had to smile back.
"He even gave you his ring I bought for him! It was the most expensive silver in this area! A rare piece" She smiled as she looked at it and I gulped. I could feel Draco's glare boring directly into my soul.

When they look away for a second ,Draco's fingers wrapped around the ring, trying to get it back ,but it wouldn't budge and I slapped his hand away.

"I have to remind you that you have to think of the heir ,Draco. Having a girlfriend who is a gryffindor is not gonna help that" Lucius kinda whispered the last part ,but I heard it and jolted up.

"Girlfriend?! I'm not-"

Suddenly Malfoy grabbed my waist and turned me to him.
"Do not mess this up. Play along" He leaned in to whisper in my ear making it look lovey dovey and I took a deep breath.

"I'm not planning on leaving him any sooner Mr.Malfoy" I say dead serious and Lucius raised his brows surprised.

"Confidence. Something my son never had"

I saw the pained expression on Draco's face and wanted to change the subject.

"Let's dance ,shall we Draco? It's starting soon" I turned to him and pulled him with me to the dance floor.

When we arrived ,I stared at him nervously. Mcgonagall has taught us the dance ,but I am still scared nonetheless.

While one hand interwined with mine, his other slithered on my waist ,whilst mine landed on his shoulder.

I saw the disgusted expression of Ron and Harry at the same time and had to burst into laughter.

"What's so funny Evans" He only looked down at me with his eyes and I shook my head.

"Just people staring"

"Let them stare" He whispered in my ear and I almost forgot what to do-

I was so taken aback-

I was so shocked when he started lifting me up in the middle of the dance.
I started giggling when I landed ,cause it was fun ,but I was so scared bruh-

"Who is that?" I asked him in the middle of the dance and he kept staring at her.

"Astoria Greengrass. The girl I was supposed to go with"

"Oh.." I took a good look at her and she was drop dead GORGEOUS-

We still kept on dancing ,but after one dance, one must change their partners so I got shoved to the right, whilst Draco got shoved to the left.

He danced with Astoria Greengrass ,whilst I danced with Neville.

Which wasn't bad-
He dances like a pro.

I laughed a lot with Neville, but couldn't take my eyes off of Draco and Astoria.

"You okay? Is it my dancing?" Neville asked worried at my expressions and I shook my head.

"Oh god no Neville! You are amazing! I'm having the best time!" I smiled at him.

"So you and Draco huh...it's kinda weird"

"Oh yeah it's kinda weird. In every way"

"Yeah how did you guys even get together?"

"Uhh he-"

"I confessed first." Draco suddenly came up to me as it was the end of the song and grabbed my wrist ,pulling me away.

I gave Neville a sorry look and was being pulled into the drinks bar.
