Derek in the picture :)

"So how did it go?" Jena asks me.

"It happened faster than I thought"

I bite in my sandwich.

"Thanks to a certain person can be?"

"No" I'm lying to him.

She throws me a piece of bread. I miss choking.

"What?" I ask him.

She's giving me a piece of bread.

"You know?" I ask him astonished.

"Of course! He's my cousin! He told me that his parents were taking him to the Forbes gala 2 weeks ago."

"Why didn't you tell me before?"

"Oops?" She smiles.

I give him a murderous look.

"Stop! Don't make me believe that you didn't like this evening spent in the room flirting with my cousin"

"We didn't flirt!"

"You felt her well while you wiped her shirt" she winks at me.

I throw him a piece of bread. And she laughs.

"Stop! Nothing happened between Derek and me last night!"

"Nothing happened between you and who?"

I'm startled. Paul puts his hand on my shoulder and sits next to me.

"Oh hum nobody, just a friend" I answer with a smile.

"Does this friend have a name? He asks by forcing a smile.

"Derek is my cousin," answers Jena.

Paul is decomposing.

"He was at the party yesterday with his parents," she resumes.

"Wait. The guy from the fairground?" He asks and removes his hand from my shoulder.

"Yes, you remember with the big rabbit and everything," answers Jena with a petty look.

I shoot her with my eyes. What is she trying to do?

"He's just a good friend. Don't worry" I reassure him and give him a little kiss.

"Okay bae" he gives me back my kiss and gets up from the table.

He reacted rather well. Weird...

"What took you?" "What did you take?" I ask Jena in an aggressive tone.

"I just answered her questions," she answers.

"I can answer him alone."

Jena did not have to intervene in this discussion.

"Sorry but I don't like it. I'll ship you with Derek, you're too cute together! "

"Nothing will happen between Derek and me! "I make him understand.

I like Derek but like a friend. We get along pretty well but it stops there. I don't see myself being with anyone other than Paul.

"Of course" Jena rolls her eyes.

We finish eating and then go to cheerleading training. In the corridors, I see some guys around Hillary. When we pass in front of her, she doesn't even give us a word just a look.

"Well girls, we'll start with stretching," I say, stretching my arms.

The girls follow my directions. I turn around to pick up the accessories.
