Time is the progression of events in the past to the present into the future, sabi ng mga physicist, kasi time connects the yesterday to today and tomorrow, until the end of the time, or we die. Natakot pa ako before, way back in 2012, sabi nila end of the world na and I remembered na I regret doing nothing at that age. But time is understanding, time became my bestfriend, kasi I believe na time can be the reason for us to be more.

"So where are we going, love?!" I asked as I cling my hand to his arm. Hindi mawala ang ngiti sa lips ko. Sam just smiled at me kaya nag-pout ako. "Manong, san tayo?"

"Huwag mong i-spoil ang plano ko, love," sabi niya and I can see his secret smile.

"Last time you surprised me, we only went to a KTV and kumanta lang nang kumanta, Sam," I sarcastically reminded him.

He raised his brows at me while walking. "Nag-enjoy ka, alam ko."

I pouted more. "Still, your plans were plain kaya, but ayaw mo pang sabihin, as if hindi ko malalaman."

"Then, mamaya mo malalaman, love. Patience is love." He smiled more making me whipped.

Napa-roll ako ng eyes. "Love is patient." Tinawanan niya lang ako so I let him lead our way, even though hindi ko alam kung saan niya ako balak dalhin.

Sam picked me up at my apartment. Kaya side-by-side kaming naglalakad until we reached terminal ng mga tricycle. Pagdating namin sa another terminal for jeep naman, nag-split kami ng fare, he even asked for piso kasi kulang daw siya.

I found out where we are going pero hindi ang specific plan ni Sam since it's SM and it has many activities we can do here aside from dating on the side, holding hands as if it's our last, and doing PDA.

"I feel sad for Jinky, pero kasi she's bad at her work. Hindi siya marunong mag-take ng criticism and, love, I swear, she's bossy tapos on-time nga nagpa-pass ng work pero ang content?" I shook my head as a support to my sentence and sighed. "Love, am I bad ba to think na deserve niya 'yon?"

"Hindi naman siguro?" He shrugged. "You feel bad for her, pero alam mo kung paano tatayo sa industriyang pinasok mo, so if you think she deserves it, then she does. Ikaw pa ba? Kahit simple mistake kaya mong palampasin sa work niyo to give chance."

"Diba?" Almost convincing myself too. "She blames me kasi and I'm getting bothered at her."

I stared at Sam when he caged my hand using his. "Huwag mong isipin 'yon, mai-stress ka, ikaw din."

I can feel my toes curling. I slowly smiled as I looked around then to Sam. "Wow, love, your choice of place is timing sa nararamdaman ko."

He smiled, almost smirking. "Ilang araw ko nang naririnig si Jinky sa'yo at kaunti na lang pagseselosan ko na 'yan kahit babae siya." Natawa ako sa sinabi niya. "This time, gamitin mo si Jinky to let your stress out, ibato mo 'yan nang malakas para lahat ng pin tumba."

"You are so bad," I scolded him.

He shrugged. "Off-duty naman, hindi masamang maging masama minsan."

I just looked at him and shook my head. I immediately smiled nang may maisip ako against him. "Love, if I win, I won't kiss you for a month dahil sa ginawa mo." His mouth hanged kaya natawa ako. I talked to the person in charge to assist us at naging serious na rin si Sam. Competitive as ever, my love.

This is not the first time we tried bowling kaya no wonder Sam wants to win. I enjoyed the way I messed up the pins and thankful din for my comfortable clothes-a loose hanging blouse, plain peach trousers and a rubber fit for Sam's plan today.

I held the grip and slowly throw the bowling ball as my right foot swung to the left. I smiled and looked at my defeated Sam.

"I won again, Manong."
