chapter seven
primadonna girl.♡ ♥ ♡
Juno liked to think Eli was the prettiest when his hair was slightly wet and he wore the one sweater that seemed to be to big for him. He only had it because his mom decided to do his clothes shopping for school while he mourned over the fact he did have to go to school that year. Anyway, what really tied it all together was the fact he treated Agent Coulson with such gentleness that if you didnt know the cat wasn't feeling good, you'd think he was scared of her in case she would snap at him. Which she wouldn't because ever since she was a kitty, Agent Coulson never believed in violence. Probably because no one ever bothered her.
Juno, who was leaning against the bed because her ankle decided to feel like it was throbbing and she hated the feeling, took a few photos of Eli whispering sweet nothings to her while she purred and leaned into his hand that gently pet her fur. She smiled to herself as she looked at the photos she took.
"What are you smiling about?" Eli asked, raising an eyebrow when Juno flinched and her eyes widened. She wasn't expecting his voice to get so loud.
"I think I should get a camera," she said, ignoring his question as she saved the photos under favorites. "I think an old film one would be cool."
Eli kissed the cats head before getting up off the bed and walking around to see what Juno was looking at. His cheeks flushed when she saw the pictures. "Don't you guys look just so pretty? I love it."
He continued to stay quiet as he watched her eyes gleam. He tucked her hair out of her face when it blocked his view and she blushed.
"Why are you looking at me like that?"
"Like what?"
"Like. . .I dont know," she sighed. "Whatever it doesn't matter."
"Should we go get lunch?" he asked, changing the topic. "Maybe find a park or something?"
"That sounds good," she smiled, putting her phone in her pocket, yes her skirt has pockets, and turning to find her shoes.

They found a small strip mall not too far away from the hotel. It seemed like a five minute walking distance even. "Maybe they have something to eat here."
"They have to," Juno replied. "It'd be stupid not too."
After eating at this wonderful Mexican restaurant that left them so full they felt like they couldn't move, they decided to walk around the strip mall to window shop.
She yearned for the flowy dresses she saw through the windows and the silver jewelry that sparkled in the sun.
"Hey look there's a camera store," Eli pointed out.
