The next morning, at Francois Dupont High school,
Barry arrives at the entrance to the school.
Barry: Hey, Adrien. what's up?
Adrien: Hey, Barry.
Barry looks towards a boy with glasses, headphones, and a red cap on his head.
Barry: And you must be Nino, right?
Nino: Yeah, how'd you know?
Barry: You're the only one who wasn't here yesterday. I'm guessing it was a doctor's appointment.
Nino: How did you know that?! (Gasp) Are you psychic?
Barry: No, because of the doctor's note in your hand.
Nino: Oh, right. Nice to meet you, my dude.
He and Barry fist bump.
Adrien: Well, guys. Shall we?
The three boys head inside.
Class starts like normal, Chloe let Barry do his own thing and sit at the seat he wanted, and soon lunch time came around.
Adrien walks with Barry toward a group of Marinette's friends talking, along with Marinette and Alya.
Adrien: Hey everyone, I'd like you guys to meet Barry Allen. He's new around here, so I'm introducing him to everyone.
Adrien: Alright Barr, this is-
But before Adrien can say another word, a blonde girl wearing pink runs up, hugs Barry, and shakes his hand.
Rose: HEY THERE, NICE TO MEET YOU, BARRY!
Barry: (Chuckles) Well, you're certainly energetic.
Adrien: (Chuckles) Yeah, that's Rose. She's a bit excitable.
Especially when it comes to meeting new people.
Barry: Nice to meet you, Rose. Nice pink dress by the way, it really suits you.
Rose: Thanks.
Adrien: And the purple-haired girl right next to Rose, is her best friend, Juleka. She's a little shy around others.
She looks up shyly, her black and purple bangs covering her left eye.
Juleka: Hi.
Barry: (Chuckles) Man, what a chatterbox. Last time I heard someone say that much in one breath, it was my friend, Hal.
Juleka smiles and giggles slightly. Barry looks at Adrien.
Barry: I guess she likes me, huh?
Adrien: Yeah, usually the only other person who get a smile out of Juleka smile, besides Rose, is her twin, Luka.
Barry: I guess I must be the exception, then.
Adrien: And the short girl wearing a cap is Alix. She's the local tomboy.
Alix gives a shaka sign, to Barry.
Alix: 'Sup?
Adrien: The big guy in the red jacket is Kim. He's our resident athlete.
Kim: Hey, what's up, Barr?
Barry: Hey there. Nice jacket, dude.
Kim: Thanks, your's isn't too bad, either. I think you and me should hangout sometime.
Barry: Agreed.
Adrien: The couple on the bench is Mylene and Ivan.
And don't worry, Ivan may look big and scary, but he's a big softy. And of course, Mylene is a major environmentalist.
Ivan: Hey, there.
Mylene: Hello, Barry.
Barry waves hello.
Adrien: And then, there's Kim's friend, Max. He's the technological genius of the school. And the little flying orb is Markov, a sentient robot Max created.
Max: It's nice to meet you, Barry Allen.
Barry: Likewise Max, and Markov.
Max: I estimate you've met at least 11 out of 15 of our colleagues at this school, including myself, of course.
Barry: Yeah, apart from a brief hello from Sabrina, that sounds about right.
Markov: Then, that would leave Aurore, Kagami, Marc, and Nathaniel. The only four people Barry Allen hasn't met yet. Right, Max?
Max: That's correct, Markov.
