Chapter Seven

Chapter 7
(Sunshine's POV)

Looking at the clock I started to figit and play  with my shirt I have about an hour to  get ready for my date and I have no idea what wear or what to do with my hair, after rumbling through my closet when I heard the  doorbell and starting freaking out thinking that Ashton is here early but I ran down the stairs and opened the front door and came face to face with Jason and Susie, I sighed "Oh thank god I thought you were Ashton come on in'' I laughed when I realized him and Amy scheduled a playdate today. Walking to the kitchen I got Susie a snack and saw her run up to Alex's room and Jason stood against the fridge "Sooo what's up Sunshine? Who's Ahston" he said with a chuckle and I froze when he said my real name and slowly turned to face him "what did you call me'' I said in a low shaky voice and he looked at me with a confused look on his face. He took a minute to think "um I called you sunshine, would you rather be called home girl? I am guessing you don't like nicknames huh?" he said with a sarcastic voice. 

Realizing he was saying it as a nickname and I started to relax and smiled ''well Ashton is a guy I met at Amy's work. He asked me out on a date which is like mind blowing because he is way out of my league!! He is tall and his body looks like he could break my body.. In a good way!" I said giggling and started looking through and pulled out a few dresses and plopped them on the bed, "So is this your first date?" he said playing with my lipsticks but before I could answer there was a knock at the door and I walked up to the door revealing Eric. "Hey doll, can I borrow your monster high crop top? I was gonna go to downtown LA'' he said as he rummaged through my closet before stopping and looked at Jason confused. Crossing his arms he looked at me "Who is he?" he said and Jason stood up and put his hand out and flashed a wide smile "Hi I'm Jason my niece goes to school with Alexander and we are here for a play date" he said holding on to Erick's hand longer than normal. Looking at both of them I noticed they were basically eye fucking each other and I cleared my throat and giggled and they both snapped out of their trance.

"So Katherine, what are you getting so dressed up for?" Erick said looking through my closet and I started blushing. "Well I met a guy at Amy's work and he asked me out on a date" I said putting on my lipstick "Do you really think that's such a good idea you know cause that worked so well last time?" Erick said as he put on his eyelashes and I elbowed him and gave him my shut the fuck up look. Looking at Jason I smiled weakly and he just shrugged his shoulders "its ok I get it ex's are the worst" he said in an understanding way and erick looked at him and said "No he was just a literal Psychopath who didn't love her!". For some reason Jason didn't like that word "psychopath" because his face showed disappointment and he looked at me "Dang is that true?" he said, it made me feel sad when Eric said that because yes Gavin was a psychopath but his MY psychopath!. Woah no no Sunshine don't go backwards! Looking at Jason I just sighed and said "No he was just a complicated person who treated me like property rather than a loved one." As I finished my make up the doorbell rang and I gasped and giggled saying "He's here!"
