3 years later...
Sunshine's POV

Laying in my bed sleeping I could feel my bed dipping in and something moving, opening my eyes in a panic I looked over and a small pair of hands grabbed my face and squished my cheeks "auntie wake up wake up it's my birthday I'm 5!!" Looking over I see my nephew Alexander and relaxed giving him a big hug. Yes I have a nephew after we escaped everything Amy found out she was pregnant with Gavin's brother's baby and we decided that we needed to live and get somewhere far away, somewhere they can't find us. We decided that New York would be the best since Eric had a house there. We all decided to stay in one place to help with the baby to help keep each other safe. After everything Gavin, his brother and a few other men were sent to life imprisonment, I've started to feel normal, in my own way

Getting up I walked to my closet and started to pick out my outfit for the day and looking around for my shoes when I looked at floor of my closet and saw my safe and I bent down put in my code and opened it and saw my wedding ring the divorce papers I had signed and sent to Gavin's lawyer, which have been sent back to me unsigned several times. Sighing I looked past it and reached out to grab my gun. I made sure there were bullets in it before putting it in my purse. I know this seems too much but this is my new normal since Gavin is so unpredictable. I need to keep myself and my family safe and I'll do whatever it takes.

Walking downstairs to the kitchen I see Amy glued to her laptop as she was typing up something and I chuckled ''good morning miss workaholic'' I smirked as I poured a cup of coffee and she looked up and huffed "don't you start with me I have to plan a kid's birthday party and plan my winter fashion show!!" She shouted in a whisper and I laughed "Amy you've had four month to plan this event, you shouldn't have procrastinated so much''. Looking at me she rolled her eyes and through one of Alex's toys at me and laughed ''Don't start with me Sunny I need to go pick up my dress today but I have a lot to get done'' she said with pouty eyes looking at her I knew what she was gonna say and I groaned '' I can go pick up your dress for you it's right by the bookstore I was wanting to look at'' I said with a fake smile and she agreed. Now I have to find a dress too.

Walking out of the house I checked to make sure my gun is in my purse and sighed in relief but was immediately disappointed at the realization that this is my normal always looking over my shoulder and always carrying my gun with me, looking around i made sure i didn't see anything out of the ordinary and got into my car and drove off to the dress shop making sure no one was following me and got to the parking garage and started to walk down the street and walked into the dress shop, hearing the little bell chime as I walked in I see a lady behind the counter ''hello how can I help you?'' Smiling, I walked up to her "yes i am here to pick up an order for my sister her name is Elizabeth'' I said fumbling on her name, Amy and I decided after the whole thing to change our names to protect Alex and everyone else we love."Ok perfect and your name for pick up" she said looking at her computer. Looking around I found a beautiful red dress and smiled "yes my name is Katherine'' I said picking up the dress and paid for it, after I left the store I walked down the street and started walking to the parking garage and saw my car from a distance and noticed something red on the hood of the car and started to walk slowly and approached it. Frozen in place I see a bunch of red roses and a little note on it slowly moving my shaky hand I picked up the note and open it and gasped, written in red ink "YOUR NAME IS SUNSHINE KATHERINE HALPHIN SALVATORE AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT...."
