UA ENTRANCE EXAM MEETING

(THIRD PERSON POV)

Currently those who were seated were all those monitoring the exam, except for Mirko and Midnight as they would have a clear bias this year. As such the on the left side of the table was Cementoss, Snipe, Ectoplasm, and Vlad King. On the right side of the table was Present Mic, Power Loader, Hound Dog, and Eraserhead. At one end of the table between either side was Nezu, with Recovery Girl and All Might at the other end. Currently they were in a bit of a stalemate for an argument on who should go to Aizawa or Vlad as these were all students who were already approved for passing.

"As I said before Mina Ashido, Kyoka Jiro, Yui Kodai, Ibara Shiozaki, Ejiro Kirishima, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and Mirko two girls will be in my class no matter what." Aizawa said glaring back at the red face Vlad King.

"Besides the fact that I am best suited to train those girls to control their blood quirks in actual combat, those students showed exceptional teamwork. It makes more sense for me to teach them then you with your survival of the fittest view!" Vlad King yelled back at his longtime rival and pain in the ass of a fellow teacher.

"Those hardening quirk users need to learn to keep a level head instead of charging in all the time. Your brash teaching style will not help fix their reckless attitudes, also those girls do not need the hand holding you do. They need to be properly pushed forward to make the best use of their potential." Aizawa said with a sigh after at how obscenely stubborn his self declared rival always is. "Besides that, if those two girls lose control of their natural bloodlust unlike your quirk, my quirk can shut it down instantly." He said knowing that the main reason he wanted to teach them was cause he was looking for a successor.

"My quirk may not be able to immediately stop their quirks but I know how to deal with blood quirk users better than you do in order to prevent that from happening!" Vlad King shouted back slamming his two closed fists on the table breaking off a chunk of the table... as always.

Nezu internally sighed as they had similar argument almost every year, though in this case both brought up valid points. Unfortunately as many times in the past, he had to side with Aizawa in this case, though it was only the principal own observations from the brief exam. Mina Ashido had natural physical talent, but lacked the self control to prevent herself from getting caught up and distracted in a fight. Kyoka Jiro, though she has excellent self control to go with her tough as nails attitude, she was severely underdeveloped physically due to quirk reliance. Yui Kodai by all accounts had appeared perfect at a first glance, showed a critical flaw for a hero, she was hesitant when it came time to act earlier. Though Ibara Shiozaki never hesitated to save people, her pacifist ideals were unrealistic as a hero, where fighting a villian into submission may be the only way to save a civilian. "My apologies Vlad, but those students he mentioned will be going to him." Nezu said knowing he was not gonna stop hearing the end of this meeting for weeks to come.

"As well as those girls the last three female students I want in 1-A are Momo Yaoyorozu, Ochaco Uraraka, and Reina López." Aizawa said with Midnight luckily not here to make a wise crack about him making a classroom harem for himself. Nezu prompted him to give a satisfactory explanation for why he should let him choose them over Vlad King hoping it would pacify the blood hero for him. "First let start with Yaoyorozu, her quirk is impressive but due to her upbringing she is too straightforward with her fighting. She needs to learn to be more flexible and open minded, can you say that you can do that Vlad?" He said raising a brow as the blood hero gave a grumbled no. "Then there is Ochaco Uraraka and Reina López who quirks lack raw combat power but I believe I can train to be on par with most combat oriented quirks by the end of their first year." Aizawa said, seeing his rival concede to that point. After some back and fourth, everyone there agreed on the final list for the two classes.
