I facetimed Mara while unpacking and she ended up coming over to go grocery shopping with me. So, it was now 5:00 pm and we are at Marks and Spencer's getting some groceries for the week. We picked up so much I was scared about having to put it away but It's ok since I have help. We got home and put everything away then opened a bottle of wine and sat on the couch.
"I'm so happy you finally got your own place Lynn; I know you have wanted this for ever." Mara said gently. "I know! I could not be happier than right now." I said while looking around and admiring the fact that this house was mine, all the decorations, furniture and pictures were all mine. I can't explain the feeling directly but all I can say is that it is unbeatable, I feel like I could take on the world.
I sat with Mara for about 2 hours before she left as I needed to finish unpacking by today. I was surprised when I got a notification on my neighbourhood portal that someone is hosting a party. I opened the notification and saw that it was this girl named Elena, that sounds like fun, a party full of celebrities who don't know each other. Even though I sometimes hate socialising, must make connections through something and this was the perfect outlet. I immediately grab my phone and go to text Mara.
Me: Hey babe, there's a neighbourhood party this Friday night, please come with me Xx
Mara: Of course, I'll be there!
With that I put on a playlist and kept cleaning and setting up the last unpacked items I had. I finally finished it all quite late and was tired but that was really helpful since I want to sleep and get some good exercise in the morning.

It is currently 5:30 am and I'm awake getting ready to go for a run, I have some PR work and fan meets to do today so I'm starting early to finally fall into a routine now that I'm all moved in. I threw on some biker shorts and a Nike sports bra, grabbed my earphones and water bottle and I was off. I decided to do a 5 km jog as I really wanted to burn off some calories from the past few weeks of not working out as much. After setting my tracker app and getting my apple watch on, I quickly put on a cap and some sunglasses to not have anyone recognising me.
Off I went out the door at 6:15, there is a park right by the neighbourhood, so I planned to run to the park, jog in the park and run back as It's just over 5 km. I warmed up and started jogging at a steady pace while increasing speed at intervals. By the time I got the park I had been sprinting for a while. I did my laps around the park and as I stopped to get a sip of water, I realised someone else running into the park. I couldn't really see their face but this looked like someone who was running from something, pushing so hard they could barely breathe.
I looked closer and it was Harry, he looked like he was running from his problems, from the demons in his head. I know what he feels like, I'm the same and running is a good outlet. I snapped back into reality and ducked behind a bench, he was on the other side of the lake, but the lake was small so I would only have a bit of time before he got to where I was, he stopped for a second and I pulled my cap further down and dashed.
I don't think I've ever run this fast on my morning jog and I sprinted out of the park and back towards the house. I sprinted so long by the time I stopped I was breathing so heavily I sat on my doorstep and took a few minutes to calm my heart before warming down.
