The events that happened made me think for weeks. Why did Olivia mention that Robert is hiding something? I decided to investigate.
I made a plan. I would have to break into The Barlow Manor. While I would do that one of John's people would begin fighting with Robert's people. That would cause a distraction. Most of Roberts' people would get outside of the house.
That's what I did. I walked through the gates, while the distraction was happening. Eventually I got inside of the manor.
I walked through the manor. It was like a maze for a little bit. Eventually I found a room which looked like an office. I took a look around. I keep on seeing Robert's name in papers, so it must be his office. I looked through more papers, then I found one that really stood out to me. It was a check for Thomas Crawford. It had a paper attached to it. "I give the condolences for the death of your father, James. I will take revenge on Henry and John. By killing first Esme, his kids, Henry's daughter, then John and Henry. I want to see them lose everything they love."
I decided to take the paper. I heard footsteps, so I got out of the manor.
I rode a carriage back home. I telegrahamed John. I told him about what I found out in the Barlow Manor. John told me to get Catherine and go to his Mansion.
We arrived there. John was waiting outside. I got off the carriage
"This is the note I told you about." I revealed.
Then I showed the note to John.
"That bastard knew everything. Why did we trust him?" I said in an angry voice.
"Henry, calm down, we will get that bastard. We will catch him in the act. Esme will have her birthday in five days. Robert will be out of the hospital by that time. We will organise for an event to happen. Robert will be invited. I will have people keep an eye on her and so will you. There will be moments when she will be by herself but she will be closely watched. If anyone in Robert's family will try to do something bad to her then go after them. Now come inside." John said.
I spoke with John for hours.
Later I left with Catherine to go home.
