Days passed, and I read both my parents' journals. I decided not to mention what I found out to The Morgan's. Even during training.

Why did I mention "training" you might ask. Well here is the answer. John asked me to help his company. I agreed to it. I had to get trained for it. As Irvin and Graham do already. I will be joining them in a couple days.

We rode to the training grounds.

We got there and we had to go through two gates and checkpoints. It was visible that the area we heavily guarded.

John talked with me in front of the building.

"Welcome to the training grounds. You will learn here how to shoot guns, fight enemies in effective ways, and many other things. You will also do schoolwork here too. Monday to Friday you will train here for 8 hours. After that time we will get you to our home. " John said.

When I saw the building it looked quite large.

After walking in I met my mentor, Isaac. He would train me.

He was waiting for me in the gymnasium. He gave me my uniform. It was similar to a military uniform yet black.

Isaac showed me around the building.

Afterwards I saw more of the building. I saw the classroom I would do schoolwork in with others. Later we walked back outside. Isaac showed us the firing range. Lots of guns and practice targets were there.

Eventually when Isaac finished showing me the firing range I left with John.

We talked while walking in the carriage.

"So what do you think of the training grounds?" John asked.

"I thought it would be worse but it was not bad." I said.

For a moment there was silence between us. I just looked out the window. Some time passed.

"I almost forgot to ask, when does training start?" I asked.

"Tomorrow, be ready by 7:30 am. We will ride to the training grounds." John responded.
