Thank god it was Saturday. I woke up at 12 and finally slept off the wine that I had drunk.
I got up out of my bed and went downstairs to eat some cereal. Likewise, I was now eating and scrolling on my phone.
I took a deep sigh.
It would've been nice to eat breakfast with my mom and dad, but work comes first.
I glance over to the two empty chairs in front of me.
I pushed back my sadness and threw my cereal away, not wanting to eat anymore.
No.
I refuse to let my parents affect my mood.
Not only that, but I should be used to this by now.
I walk upstairs back to my room and check the weather app.
"Woah, 80 degrees. That's the perfect temperature for the weekend." I mumbled to myself.
An idea popped into my head.
Today is a good day to go to the park.
I walked over to my dresser and picked my outfit for the day.
I wore rip jeans with a short white tank top and my white Air Force's.
I threw on my silver watch and hoops.
Not only that, but I wore my hair down and did my baby hair in the bathroom and brushed my teeth.
Now I am finally done.
I walked downstairs and exited my house.
I finally got in my car and was on my way to the park.
After 30 minutes, I was finally at the park.
There were a few people at the park and a few kids as well playing on the playground.
I walked to the nearest park bench and sat down.
I decided to watch the kids play, and it made my mind think about my childhood.
My parents always spent time with me when I was little. They would take me to the playground and thereafter, we would go out to get ice cream.
My eyes started to water, but I blinked the tears away.
I focused my attention elsewhere.
Then my eye caught on to something.
Or should I say someone.
I saw Sebastian.
What the fuck?
Why do I see him everywhere I go?
The universe is definitely giving me signs.
Sebastian was sitting on a bench reading a book.
