Ms Hadley have him one last encouraging smile and two thumbs up, like that was going to calm him anyway, before opening the door for him and leading him through a hallway that led to the 'visitors' section of the prison, where men, woman, and any other person you could imagine, were speaking to inmates on the other side of a glass panel, phones in their hands.

Charlie sat down at the vacant seat that the guard led him to and waited. This was stupid. Why would Ben even show up? He shouldn't be doing this, this was a mistake.

Charlie was quickly winding himself up and stood up quickly out of the chair, going to leave. But a door opening on the other side of the glass and there he was, Ben, no turning back now. Two guards were behind him, their faces stone cold and expressionless, pushing Ben forward.

Ben's face turned into a mixture of confusion, amusement and anger. He sat down, forcing Charlie to sit down aswell, and lifted up the phone to his ear. Charlie hesitantly grabbed his phone, bringing it to his own ear,
"Spring." Ben said, his voice rough and intimidating,
"Ben." Relied Charlie, trying not to show the quiver in his voice.

Ben stared at him, trying to read his thoughts,
"Why are you hear, got any more charges that the police need to know and keep me hear longer?" Ben spat at Charlie. Charlie looked away from Ben, he couldn't even bare it,
"You brought this upon yourself Ben." Charlie said.

Ben rolled his eyes and groaned,
"You're not going to give me all of that, your actions lead to this bull crap are you? If I wanted scolding I would've called my mother." Ben glared at Charlie, burning holes through the seemingly none existent glass between them.

Charlie sighed,
"Look, I don't know why I'm here, I don't want to be." Charlie said, looking at the door behind him,
"I think my parents thought this would be good for me or something." He could not mention his therapist, he didn't need Ben insulting him right now, although that was inevitable. Ben chuckled,
"Okay, good for you, you know what would be good for me, GETTING OUT OF THIS PRISON." Ben shouted, earning fearful glances from the inmates and people around Charlie, the guards looking at eachother and stepping closer to Ben. Charlie flinched, before sighing,
"It's your fault Ben, I know you don't want to hear it. But I didn't throw you in here because I wanted to." Gosh, Charlie thought, he sounded like a teacher telling of a student in detention.

Ben rolled his eyes once more, leaning back in his chair and keeping his eyes on Charlie, the disgust in his eyes reflecting in his angry voice,
"Okay, but we all know this is your fault, I don't care about what I did, you should've died, simple as that, I shouldn't have let the boys stop me, you could've been dead by now." Ben said, keeping his voice calm and matter-of-fact, despite the horror of what he was saying.

Charlie shivered, his pulse quickened, prison hadn't changed him, he felt no shame, no remorse, he felt nothing. He was just a cruel, evil person who wanted to see him suffer. He was a psychpath.

Charlie wanted to let the panic take him over, but having another panic attack Infront of Ben would've just sent a wave of insult from Ben, and even more hate towards himself. So for some reason, he just snapped, instead of panic, it was anger that took hold of him.

"You know what Ben. Fuck you. This isn't my fault, it will never be my fault. You are psychotic asshole who just wants to see me suffer. But you know what I'm going to do, I'm going to move on, I'm going to forget about all of this, about you, and move on with my life. You are insane, I hope you rot in here, while I have a happy life with people who want me. Because you never did."

Charlie slammed the phone back down onto its stand. People stared at him in shock, but he didn't care. He glared at Ben, who looked at him in shock, and looked almost impressed, holding the phone mid air and not saying anything.

Charlie pushed his chair out and quickly left the room, opening the door he came in from and slamming it. Going to look for Ms Hadley. As he did so he thought about what he had just done, the anger in him going down, and the realisation hitting him. He just stood up to Ben, he yelled at him, he insulted him, and his face, his face was the best part. He felt bad for it sure, but he had to admit, he had a point. Ben deserved it, he deserved anything that came next after that aswell. Plus, he seemed to be fitting in well in prison.

He found Ms Hadley quickly after that, calming himself down after his snap just a couple of minutes ago. Ms Hadley looked at him and cocked her head,
"Was it okay? How did it go?" She asked, her voice calming incase anything had gone wrong. Charlie stayed silent for a moment, looking up at her. He smiled, a true smile,
"I think it's going to be okay."

(Short chapter, sorry :( this was a continuation of last chapters cliff hanger, nice twist. I'm kind of scared of Charlie when he snaps though💀 Hope you enjoyed. Have a good day/night. LOVE YOU ALL💖💖💖)
